This article discusses Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), which is based on Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 to be analysed in siyasah jurisprudence. This research is a normative or juridical type of legal research. The results of the study concluded that to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic, the government refers to the regulation of Regulation Pegoverning Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions. This regulation has many shortcomings, so the handling of this pandemic is less effective and efficient in implementation in the field. The implications of the law on implementing large-scale social restrictions for a region in Indonesia have a major impact on social life, economy and education. From the perspective of siyasah jurisprudence, the PSBB policy made by the government is according to the concept of siyasah jurisprudence. Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang didasarkan pada Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 untuk dianalisis secara fikih siyasah. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian hukum normatif atau yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa untuk menangani pandemi Covid-19 pemerintah mengacu pada regulasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar. Dalam regulasi ini memiliki banyak kekurangan sehingga penanganan pandemi ini kurang efektif dan efisien dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan. Implikasi hukum terhadap pemberlakuan pembatasan sosial berskala besar bagi suatu wilayah di Indonesia memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kehidupan sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan. Dalam perspektif fikih siyasah, kebijakan PSBB yang dibuat pemerintah telah sesuai dengan konsep fikih siyasah. Kata kunci: Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar, Pemerintah, Fikih Siyasah, Covid-19.
