Objective: To examine the relationship of drug addicts with personality triad, risk propensity and interpersonal relationship satisfaction.
Methods: The correlational study was conducted from September 2019 to February 2020 in different hospitals of Lahore, Pakistan, and comprised male drug addicts aged 18-30 years. Data was collected using the Dark Triad of Personalityscale, the Risk Propensity Scale and the Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction Scale. Data was analysed using SPSS 21.
Results: There were 100 men with a mean age of 25.03+/-3.82 years.
Conclusion: Dark triad and risk propensity significantly predicted interpersonal relationship satisfaction, while narcissism did not predict interpersonal relationship satisfaction.
Key Words: Dark triad, Risk propensity, Interpersonal relationship satisfaction, Drug addicts.

The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship among perceived social disconnectedness, low frustration tolerance and coping with uncertainty in mothers of children diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The current study used correlational research design. Hundred participants were collected through non-probability purposive sampling technique. Data was drawn from both government and private special education centers of Lahore within six months. Perceived social disconnectedness scale, low frustration tolerance checklist and coping with uncertainty scale were used to measure variables under study. Correlational analysis showed highly significant negative association of social disconnectedness and low frustration tolerance with coping with uncertainty. Findings also showed significant predicting role of social disconnectedness and low frustration tolerance on coping with uncertainty in mothers of children diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

Objective: The current study has been designed to investigate the relationship between social isolation and mental illness and to identify the mediating role of resilience coping in adults.
Methods: The online data of 600 adults were recruited through a snowball sampling strategy. The age range of the participants was 18 years and above (M=25.64, SD=7.635). UCLA Loneliness Scale (Russel, 1996), Brief Resilience Coping Scale (Sinclair & Wallston, 2004), and Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995) were used.
Results: Findings showed a significant positive association between social isolation and mental illness, while a negative association between social isolation and resilience coping. Additionally, resilience coping mediated the association between social isolation and mental illness [95% CI (LLCI: .0132, ULCI: .0802)].
Conclusion: Social isolation poses significant mental health risks and resilience coping can be used to improve mental illnesses.

Objective: To analyse the size and morphology of the normal pineal gland in the paediatric age group using magnetic resonance imaging.
Method: The retrospective study was conducted at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi, and comprised data of patients aged <18 years who had magnetic resonance imaging done between 2007 and 2017. Pineal size was estimated measuring its largest anteroposterior and supero-inferior diameters on sagittal T2-weighted sequences on any slice with maximal diameter. The width of pineal gland was measured on axial or coronal T2 sequences. The volume, morphology and enhancement patterns of the gland were also assessed. Data was analysed using SPSS 21.
Results: Of the 200 patients, 116(58%) were males and 84(42%) were females. The overall mean age was 7.8±5.5 years. The mean anteroposterior dimension was 4.85±1.46mm, height 3.31±0.95mm, width 4.16±1.19, and volume 39.54±38.12 mm3. Mean size of cyst was 2.77±1.4mm (range: 1.2-7.5mm). No significant differences in the pattern of enhancement were found in different age groups (p>0.05).
Conclusion: Comprehensive knowledge of the size of the typical pineal organ is useful for radiologists in the identification of pineal gland anomalies and the exclusion of neoplastic lesions.
