Burnout is a psychology syndrome which experienced by any professions throughout their careers. This study analyses burnout syndrome encountered by hospitals’ nurses based on the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (MBI-HSS) and provides findings by looking at the dimension of burnout and demographic factors which consist of sex, age, marital status, level of education, years of career, and duty station. This study reveals that; the overall value of burnout experienced by hospitals’ nurses is categorized into level 1 with the highest value presented by dimension 1 (physical exhaustion), and burnout generally experienced by man, nurses younger than 30 years old, married nurses, lower degree nurses, nurses whose less than 20 years in career, and nurses whose responsible in terminal care and emergency unit. In addition, data obtained from the survey is utilized to determine burnout causative factors using fishbone and pareto diagram.
The port company used in this research is the only port where container ship contained in Aceh and has been operating for more than 1 year. The problem with this was the large buildup of containers with long periods of time in the cultivation field that would cause losses. Losses due to the duration of the buildup are influenced by several factors, such as the yard of ratio and the length of time the container is reviewed based on the large number of containers in the container yard. For payment of the first five days of service, the container accumulation fare shall be borne by container owner company as stakeholder of port company. After more than five days, the customer will be charged the container accumulation rate calculated per box without any time consideration. This causes the customers don’t take the goods immediately, therefore it was necessary to do research on the analysis of port fare increase in port company in Aceh using logistic regression model as the basic of decision making. Based on the prediction of logistic regression model using software R3.4.3, there was a loss cost in the container yard, therefore it was necessary to take decision of the application of the port fare increase on container yard service. Based on the results of these predictions, the resulting model was a good model with an accuracy of 74.8%. The factor that affect of the loss cost was the length of time the container in the container yard period II and III.
Indonesia government has established sea toll program through Presidential Regulation No.17 in 2017 to support inter-island distribution. Port X in Aceh is one of the ports included in sea toll program. This paper discusses logistic performance m.easure, especially in sea transportation. A Logistic Performance Index (LPI) is proposed as a tool to identify challenges and opportunities in Port X performance. Key indicators which affect the value of logistics performance index will also be studied in this paper. There are several logistic performance measurements for port X based on literature study: quality, delivery cost, transportation cost, and information. Eight indicators affect Port X performance: quality of the commodity, the quantity of the commodity, on time delivery, ship call, sea transportation cost, storage cost, electronic availability, and electronic access. Port X average total index, based on Analytical Hierarchy Process, is 2,557. This value can be considered as quite reasonable. The study limits logistic performance for the arrival route of the container vessel leading to Port X. The final result shows that quality performance indicator (quality quantity of commodity index) has the highest index for all originating port. The second highest index is electronic information availability index. Through this finding, Port X must improve their service and information because it plays a vital role in their performance
Indonesia as the country rich in cultural heritage, has a variety of characteristics including woven fabric. Songket fabric is one form of woven fabric that is owned by almost every region. Aceh is one of the best producing areas for songket because of its quality. However, the limitations of the songket design made songket fabric not develop as the expectation. Therefore, the innovation is needed based on the consumer preferences by combining songket with other products. This research aims to identify the consumer preferences toward the product. The method that was used to analyze consumer preferences was conjoint analysis. The results showed that there were five attributes that influenced consumers in choosing songket products based on the highest level of importance for each attributes which were basic color at 35,381%, type of motive at 26,650%, type of product at 16,195%, materials at 11,718% and motive color at 10,057% while the most preferred combination product based on the highest utility level results from the level of each attributes were clothing product at 0,089, with black as basic color at 0,110, gold color as color motive at 0,012, using polyester and embroidery as materials at 0,059 and pinto aceh as a motive 0,089.
