Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah evaluasi kebijakan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) dalam mewujudkan tertib administrasi kependudukan di Kota Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian evaluasi pada sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana pendukung sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan accidental sampling kemudian teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan yaitu penelitian lapangan dengan cara melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Fokus evaluasi kebijakan SIAK di Kota Probolinggo pada sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana.Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa evaluasi yang dilaksanakan termasuk ke dalam on going evaluation dan bersifat sistematis bahwa kebijakan tersebut dilaksanakan untuk mengukur dampak bagi masyarakat dan melihat tujuan itu tercapai. Pelaksanaan kebijakan SIAK di Kota Probolinggo sudah berjalan baik tetapi di Kota Probolinggo masih terdapat duplicate record (data ganda ) yang dipengaruhi human error dari operator SIAK dan masyarakat serta jaringan trouble, server SIAK dan KTP-el masih terpisah yang menyebabkan permasalahan pada pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan meliputi: (1) monev rutin dengan Kecamatan dan Kelurahan di Kota probolinggo; (2) pengembangan jaringan SIAK; (3) pelatihan teknis operator SIAK; dan (4) sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Kota Probolinggo. This research focuses on exploring the marketing and supply chain integration strategy at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Holding Company. The status of the state-owned enterprise (SOE) cement industry has dominated the cement market share in Indonesia after the holding strategy, but the data shows that the market share of Semen Indonesia sales has continued to decline. Another problem is that the accumulated cost of revenue has increased sharply, especially since the income growth is not significant, so that gross income has decreased. This research presents integration activities that occur at the corporate and functional level in the marketing and supply chain directorates. The case study method is used in this research to track the integration of marketing and supply chains as an effort to improve the company's sales performance. Data was collected through in-depth interviews in the Marketing Research & Analysis section of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and secondary data in the form of company annual reports. The results of this study indicate that PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk integrates marketing and its supply chain through a strategy of unifying the two functions in one directorate. The marketing and supply chain functions at each Operating holding have been revoked, all of them directly managed by the Holding Company. The supply chain is centrally integrated in the form of transportation, distribution and procurement functions. In the marketing aspect, the Holding Company integrates the marketing planning and marketing control and marketing functions as well as the sales function. TQM concept is known as a significant driver of performance of large-scale companies. This study points out two perspectives namely direct and indirect influence associated with TQM. Specifically, it delves into the innovation and spiritual capital in improving the performance of Intako. Path analysis was carried out to shed lights on the correlation among the aforementioned aspects. There were 98 samples involved in the study. The research results confirm the influence of innovation and spiritual capital on TQM. Likewise, the same results are evident on the influence of innovation, spiritual capital, and TQM on company performance. This study focuses on developing bundling product strategies in the marketing of objects and tourism attractions. The purpose of this research is to examine the application of the bundling product concept as the development of the competitive strategy of tourist destinations. The research was conducted in Bondowoso district, East Java, Indonesia, which has various potential tourism assets. The method used is a descriptive method to analyze data and information relate to the opportunities and development of tourism in Bondowoso. The results indicated that the form of policy direction bundling strategy of Bondowoso tourism products have the opportunity to optimize the product bundling strategy with promotional packages to provide value of customer. The preference of the variety bundle is expected to be higher in the combined evaluation mode rather than in the separate evaluation mode. The Special Interest Tourism is the suitable type of tourism development. The attributes of the destination are expected to satisfy the needs of tourists also the aspects of performance quality which based on emotional motives. Marketing bundling products through promotion can be done by using e-marketing and viral marketing with several forms of social media.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah kecamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausalitas dan merupakan tipe penelitian hubungan atau asosiatif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kecamatan dan desa-desa di Wilayah Kecamatan Ambulu Kabupaten Jember sejumlah 113 orang. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 53 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan paket software SPSS 16 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah kecamatan, sedangkan insentif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah kecamatan.
