In the fifth edition of the textbook the whole presentation of a national economy of modern Russia as an integrate block of social-economic system is given, its universal and specific peculiarities, national interests, realities and vectors of its development are described. Potential of the national economy, its institutions, production and territorial complexes, economic actors, reproduction and stable development, functions of, state and market regulation, finance and real sectors, social institutions of national economy, Russian participation in the world economy are revealed. System of indexes and tools of analysis, strategic economic planning and prognosis at makro-, mezo- and mikrolevel is suggested in the textbook. For students of economic specialities, higher edecacional istitutions, graduate students, researchers.

Many participants of the educational process are interested in high-quality, continuous and systemic work on the study, analysis, systematization and distribution of the effective pedagogical experience. Studying, compilation and dissemination of pedagogical experience has always been one of the most challenging areas of scientific and methodological activity, as it is essentially a research activity. This article describes one of the possible approaches to developing an appropriate criterion base for evaluation and screening of effective methods of teaching Russian language and literature. The article proposes possible criteria for the assessment of such methodologies; it analyzed 54 methodologies of teaching Russian language and literature from public sources. This assessment can help in the selection of the most interesting and systematically presented experience in teaching Russian language and literature; it may help to identify the effective methodologies for their use by teachers in their practice, as well as in various forms of the educational process within the teacher training system.

Considered a comparison of experimental and theoretical results is the number of failures at the chip under the influence of heavy charged particles. Comparison of the results showed good agreement.

The article considers the particular characteristics of functioning of USA defense industry companies in current conditions. These characteristics are marked by continuation of crisis trends in the USA economy and negative changes in the USA defense budget. The latter means not only spending reduction, but also changes in budget balance not in favor of procurement of new weapons systems and R&D. The situation determines the necessity of USA defense industry companies’ business-model structural adjustments. However, the implementation of the structural adjustments remains in question.

The article considers the key features of US defense contractor Raytheon and business trends and prospects of business development in modern conditions, which are characterized by crisis trends in US military budget. The attention is also paid to the fact that the company has managed to show growth of financials in spite of the fact of declining orders from US federal government.
