Elective repair of popliteal aneurysms by exclusion and bypass is a safe, effective and durable technique. Small asymptomatic lesions can be safely managed with close follow-up.
There are many cultural competences. Some are very explicit and obvi' ous: For example, using chopsticks is a special skill quite well suited for some cuisines but not for others. Less obviously, there also exist myriad other competences, both social and nonsocial, that are highly tacit (Polyani, 1957). People rarely recognize these competences--in fact, it is not until a surge of careful cross-cultural experimental studies on self, social relations, and cognition in the past decade (e.g.,

The most common question asked by marketers is what do I need to do to ensure that all my emails avoid the junk mail fi lters. Unfortunately, there is no magic single tool or answer but a whole host of different factors that need to be understood. As the difference between sending email to consumers compared to businesses is signifi cant this paper aims to highlight the key factors ensuring that consumer email marketing campaigns get delivered into the inbox.
Tourism is one of Ireland's most important economic sectors. In 2017, the overall visits to the country have increased by over 10%. However, such growth if not managed correctly can present many challenges to destinations, particularly along Irelands 2500km driving route, the Wild Atlantic Way (WAW). This paper reports on the application of the European Tourism Indicator System for sustainable destination management in County Donegal, Ireland. While significant data was generated on tourism activity at local level, results do suggest that a number of the indicators would need further research going forward. This evidence informed approach to tourism planning can assist Local Authorities in future planning considerations, while also helping to protect the long-term sustainability of the tourism product in County Donegal.
