In production-oriented enterprises, inefficiencies in production cause great losses. Line balancing problems constitute a large part of them. These problems are; It causes disruptions in production plans, poor quality in the product, the formation of bottlenecks and an inefficient working environment. In this study, the line balancing problem in the condenser production line in a company producing for the white goods sector was examined and suggestions were made for improvement. In the improvement made, line balancing was done without changing the line layout and line flow in the production line. The simulation of the previous and next situation of the enterprise was carried out in the Arena 16.1 simulation program, and its control was ensured. As a result of the line balancing work, the desired target was achieved with an average of 28.5% improvement in all cycle times, and as a result, an annual gain of 554,951.6 TL for 2021 and 725,705.9 TL for 2022 was calculated with a workforce of 8537.7 hours.
