Öz: Bu çalışmanın amacı bireylerin psikolojik esnekliklerini ölçen Psikolojik Esneklik Ölçeğinin Türkçe forumunun psikometrik özelliklerini incelemektir. Psikolojik Esneklik Ölçeği, Francis, Dawson ve Golijani-Moghaddam (2016) tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma, 310 yetişkin bireyin katılımıyla yürütülmüştür. SPSS 22.0 paket programı ile yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizine göre 28maddeden ve beş boyuttan oluşan modelin iyi uyum değerlerine sahip olduğu değerlendirilmiştir (KMO=0.789; X2= 3096.080; p= 0.00). Ölçeğin faktör yükleri .47 ile .81 arasında sıralanmaktadır. Ölçek varyansın %60'ını açıklamaktadır. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayısı .79 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen veriler, uyarlaması yapılan Psikolojik Esneklik Ölçeği'nin Türkiye'deki yetişkin bireylerin psikolojik esnekliklerinin ölçülmesinde geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermiştir.
The effect size of psychological counseling based on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach on depression and anxiety, was conducted using a meta-analysis method. According to the defined criteria, eight primary studies on anxiety and 21 on depression are included in the meta-analysis. The effect sizes based on a random-effects model are also determined. The mean effect size was -0.936 (95% CI [-1.215, -0.657]) for anxiety and -0.844 (95% CI [-1.065, - 0.624]) for depression. Accordingly, CBT can have a large effect on reducing the level of depression and anxiety in participants. As a result of the moderator analysis, the effect sizes relating to depression did not significantly differ according to the type of test and experimental design. The number of sessions was a non-significant predictor of depression, but the experimental group size was a significant predictor of CBT's effect size on depression. As for the moderator analysis in the anxiety variable, the effect sizes relating to anxiety did not significantly differ by age group, types of publication, counseling, experimental design, test, and anxiety. Also, the number of sessions and experimental group size were not significant predictors of anxiety. According to these results, CBT is effective in reducing the depression and anxiety levels of individuals.
The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between international students' awareness of coronavirus and their ability to adapt to higher education and these two variables. The research, which is in the relational screening model, was conducted with 207 international students. Data collection tools are the Coronavirus Awareness Scale and the Scale of International Students' Adaptation to Higher Education. In determining the level of awareness of coronavirus and adaptation to higher education, the mean and standard deviation values are; Pearson Correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships between the sub-dimensions of coronavirus awareness and the competence to adapt to higher education. The awareness of international students on the prevention of contamination, following current developments and hygiene measures, is at a moderate level; It is seen that the competences of adapting to higher education are at a high level in terms of academic course and principles, and at a medium level in terms of academic life, social/cultural life and total adjustment competence. When the correlations between coronavirus awareness and compliance with higher education are examined, there is no relationship between the prevention of contamination and the total compliance competence, it is seen that there is a positive, low and significant relationship between the dimensions of following current developments and hygiene measures and the total compliance competence.

Bu amaç doğrultusunda 2000-2019 yılları arasında genogram tekniği ile ilgili ERIC ve Web of Science veri tabanında yer alan uluslararası, ARASTIRMAX, ULAKBIM, DergiPark veri tabanlarında yer alan ulusal makaleler ve Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Arşivi'nde yer alan tez incelenmiştir. Araştırmalar yöntem, örneklem, uygulandığı alan, kullanılan genogram türü ve yayın türü alt boyutları açısından değerlendirilerek gelecek çalışmalara bakış açısı kazandırılmaya çalışılmıştır.
