This study aims to determine theinfluence of intellectual capital to profitability and productivity on islamic banking in indonesia. Data obtained as many as 10 islamic banking City of Tangerang with the period from 2015 to 2017 and linked to the 3 variables of the study, namely: 1 independent variables: intellectual capital and 2 dependent variables: profitability and productivity. Data analysis methods used are test for normality, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test, autocorrelation test, a test of determination, t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) variable VACA,VAHU, STVA does not affect the profitability (ROA), (2) variable VAIC simultaneosly affects significant impact on profitability (ROA) , and (3) variable VACA, VAHU, STVA and VAIC simultaneosly affects significant impact on productivity (ATO).

Gapura Angkasa Div Load Control of 62.9% and the remaining 37.1% explained that employee performance is influenced by other factors outside the work environment. testing the hypothesis individually (Test t) obtained the significance value of Work Discipline variable of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 which means Work Discipline significantly influence Employee Performance. And the test results (Test f) there is a positive and significant influence between the discipline of work on the performance of employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa Div Load Control of 52.5% and the remaining 47.5% explained that employee performance is influenced by other factors the outside.

Employees E-Recruitment merupakan suatu metode perekrutan karyawan baru untuk perusahaan dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi seperti internet, sehingga perekrutan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan mendapatkan karyawan yang sesuai dengan standar perusahaan. Saat itu PT.SOS Indonesia belum menerapkan Employees E-Recruitment sehingga menimbulkan masalah. Permasalahan terjadi saat perekrutan karyawan dilakukan dengan prosedur pada umumnya; si Pelamar mengirimkan surat lamarannya melalui jasa pengiriman pos atau lamaran by email sehingga dampaknya akan banyak tumpukan kertas surat lamaran dan sering terjadinya spam melalui email yang telah dikirim oleh si Pelamar. Untuk itulah diperlukannya penelitian ini sebagai alternatif solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, Terkait hal ini, penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengumpulan data berupa Studi Pustaka, Observasi dan Wawancara serta metode analisa dengan SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni sebuah rancang bangun aplikasi Employees E-Recruitment untuk memenuhi kebutuhan proses perekrutan karyawan baru yang berkompeten untuk diterapkan pada PT.SOS Indonesia.
