This study aims to increase the motivation and learning outcomes of Civics in class X-4 SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar by applying the STAD type cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, the subjects of this research are students of class X-4 with a total of 30 students. The results showed that student learning outcomes at the basic score of the average value of 48.61 increased by 16.95 points to 65.56 in the first cycle. In the second cycle the average score was 71.67 increase from the first cycle of 6.11 points. Classical completeness on a base score of 33% (13 students). In the first cycle test, the completeness increased to 72.5% (19 students). In the second cycle, classical completeness increased to 87.5% (25 students). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the student teams achievement division (STAD) type can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of Civics in class X-4 SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar
Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa HKBP Nommensen Universitas Pematangsiantar menggunakan dan menyebarluaskan karakter Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, karena Pancasila adalah dasar negara Indonesia. Indonesia sendiri merupakan negara multikultural, yang dibuktikan dengan keragaman ras, suku, agama dan budaya. Metode Kegiatan sosialisasi ini di lakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu adalah penyerahan materi, bagian dari sesi tanya jawab dengan mahasiswa, pembagian hadiah kepada mahasiswa. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah banyak adat istiadat yang diungkapkan dalam bahasa Pancasila, yaitu Bhineka Tunggal Ika, memiliki arti yang berbeda tetapi tetap sama. Pancasila sebagai dasar negara harus menjadi ruh budaya individu negara. Dengan mengajarkan karakter Pancasila sejak dini, Indonesia akan kuat dan fleksibel dalam menghadapi kesulitan. Oleh karena itu kesimpulan yang ditarik dan kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah bahwa Pancasila ingin mencerminkan harkat dan martabat dunia yang dikenal agar dapat diwujudkan dalam kehidupan nyata. Semoga karakter Pancasila ini dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. This socialization activity aims to help HKBP Nommensen students at Pematangsiantar University use and disseminate the character of Pancasila in their daily lives because Pancasila is the basis of the Indonesian state. Indonesia is a multicultural country, as evidenced by the diversity of race, ethnicity, religion and culture. Methods: This socialization activity was carried out in three stages: submission of materials, part of a question and answer session with students, and distribution of prizes to students. The result of this socialization activity is that many customs expressed in the language of Pancasila, namely Bhineka Tunggal Ika, have different meanings but remain the same. As the basis of the state, Pancasila must be the individual state's cultural spirit. By teaching the character of Pancasila from an early age, Indonesia will be strong and flexible in facing difficulties. Therefore, the conclusion drawn from this socialization activity is that Pancasila wants to reflect the dignity of the known world so that it can be realized in real life. Hopefully, this Pancasila character can be applied in everyday life.
This study discusses the understanding and dissemination of legal awareness in society, especially criminal law in social life. The author believes that early prevention efforts to minimize unlawful acts are indispensable in every context of legal socialization events. By socializing the law, all citizens aim to create a just and prosperous, safe and prosperous society free from crime, security disturbances, and anarchy. The better the socialization of criminal law, the easier it will be for the community to be invited to achieve independence in order to increase legal awareness. This socialization is the responsibility of all parties, especially the academic community and state apparatus, to guide citizens, especially indigenous peoples in remote parts of the country, to produce peaceful, capable, disciplined, responsible, and courageous citizens who are honest in life. This study also hopes that narrative narratives and academic thoughts on criminal law in indigenous peoples become ceremonial events. Law must be a life-giving culture, especially for indigenous peoples, to be a good example for other communities. Condor has been studied in several legal publications and other sources we have reviewed to answer the most valid research questions. This is also to ensure the data review process runs smoothly and responsibly.
Health protocols help prevent the transmission of Corona Virus (COVID-19), but the culture of people's adherence to the Covid-19 health protocol in each region is uneven, which is due to the influence of local culture in various blood areas in Indonesia. This study is intended to describe the impact of a culture of adherence to health protocols during a pandemic on students in the Western Indonesia Region. The research approach is quantitative with the type of correlation research, through purposive random sampling, namely 268 students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University class of 2018 and 266 students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) University UHKBPNP class 2019, a total of 534 samples. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used the Kendall's Taub test. The results obtained a significance value of 0.018 <0.05, that there is a relationship between the cultural variables of adherence to health protocols. The correlation coefficient value is 0.554, that the level of relationship between the cultural variables of adherence to health protocols during the pandemic is strong. The direction of the relationship between variables has a positive value of 0.554. Shows the level of obedience culture experienced by students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education class 2018 at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University and students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education batch 2019 at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University based on health protocols.
