ÖZBu çalışmanın amacı, banka çalışanlarının iş tatminleri ile örgütsel bağlılıklarının birbirleriyle olan ilişkisinin sorgulanması ve bu çalışanların statülerine göre iş tatminlerinin ve örgütsel bağlılıklarının farklılaşıp farklılaşma-dığının araştırılmasıdır. Bu gaye ile gerçekleştirilen literatür araştırması sonucunda, 5'li Likert ölçeği esasına göre oluşturulan anketlerde yer alan iş tatmini ölçeği ve örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği güvenilirlik analizine tabi tutulmuş ve saptanan veriler analiz edilerek çeşitli değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. INVESTIGATION OF THE RELATION BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN BANKING SECTOR ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is that the relationship is inquired between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of bank workers. Also, it is seeked in study how bank workers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment are effected by their position. . In this context; result of the literature research, job satisfaction scale and organizational commitment scale which are in survey forms was enforced reliability analysis. After the obtaining datas are analyzed, various evaluations were performed. The study is actualized with obtained datas from 111 workers in HSBC Bank (The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation), TEB (Turkish Economy Bank) and Isbank. Datas which are obtained result of the research were subjected to ANOVA and correlation analysis. As a result of the research a medium, positive and significant relation was determined between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of bank workers. At the same time, it was seen that a difference between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of bank workers according to their position.
