The paper considers research and development of arrays of computergenerated multiple-focus phase microholograms for providing given light patterns in the near field zone. Peculiarities of such arrays are discussed. The main result of the talk is the fabrication of the microhologram array providing the given complex image in the focal plane The size of array was 1.54 mm x 1.54 mm, the size of each microhologram was 0.192 mm x 0.192 mm, and focal length -2 mm.
considers the methods of computation and fabrication of focusing phase optical elements that operate in the visible spectral range and produce specific light patterns iii the near field. We determine the relationship between the dimension of the quantization grid used in computations and the performance of the optical elements and parallieters of corresponding light patterns. The paper gives the results of computation of I D and 21) H( )Es and describes the fabrication methods and experimental samples.Correspondence: E-mail: iont@postman.ru: Telephone: 095 135 5551: Fax: 095 135 7t()2
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
