This model includes the parameters: micro-surface geometry, geometric accuracy, technological residual stresses and elastic hopelessly deformation. To determine the technological residual stresses method of indentation diamond indenter into the surface layer, where on the chart the introduction of the diamond tip at different sites to determine the elastic and plastic components. Microgame-ry of the surface is determined by scanning a diamond indenter.
