The article presents an analysis of the organizational structures of cooperatives in the agricultural industry, offers conceptual approaches to modeling the organizational structures of agricultural formations in Russia, taking into account the specifics of the industry, using modern and innovative strategies for organizational changes. The creation of flexible multilevel systems of cooperation is substantiated, allowing, on the one hand, to consider the interests of both members of a single cooperative and a group of cooperatives that synergistically consolidate the available and attracted resources. An assessment of the importance of these principles for creating an effective cooperative structure is based on analyzing a survey of peasant farms in the Perm Territory. A promising organizational structure of multilevel cooperation has been developed.

В исследовании рассматриваются субъекты малого и среднего предпринимательства, образующие основу сельскохозяйственной потребительской кооперации. Для изучения интеграционных процессов были выделены социально-экономические императивы кооперационных структур. Определение императивов способствует формированию теоретико-методологической базы исследования и построения модели эффективного развития сельскохозяйственной потребительской кооперации. Формулирование четких структурных целевых установок способствует принятию оптимальных стратегических решений, способных преодолеть тормозящие процессы кооперационного развития. Выделен ряд императивов, реализация которых должна изменить в лучшую сторону существующее положение дел. В статье представлены применяемые финансовые инструменты государственной поддержки и определен ряд факторов, негативно влияющих на инвестиционную привлекательность сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей. The study deals with small and medium-sized businesses that form the basis of agricultural consumer cooperation. To study integration processes, socio-economic imperatives of cooperative structures were identified. The definition of imperatives contributes to the formation of a theoretical and methodological basis for research and building a model for the effective development of agricultural consumer cooperation. The formulation of clear structural targets contributes to the adoption of optimal strategic decisions that can overcome the inhibitory processes of cooperative development. A number of imperatives have been identified, the implementation of which should change the current state of affairs for the better. The article presents the applied financial instruments of state support and identifies a number of factors that negatively affect the investment attractiveness of agricultural producers.
