Intensification of the processes of post-harvest processing of leguminous crops is an urgent task for enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. The improvement of the known methods of ensuring reliable protection of leguminous crops from the effects of pathogenic microflora, quarantine insect pests is of substantive interest for research. The most common way of disinfecting food is fumigation - the elimination of insect pests and pathogens with a gaseous or vaporous toxic chemical. The article discusses the process of fumigation of leguminous crops with an ionized flow of an aerodispersed mixture in a drum-type installation, and also presents the results of mathematical modeling of this process. The mathematical description of the proposed model of the fumigation process was carried out using the applied package “Mathcad”. An analytical study of the obtained mathematical model made it possible to establish a number of dependencies and patterns characterizing the course of the process of electrostatic fumigation of leguminous crops in a constant stirring mode.

The article describes the design features of the installation for carrying out the process of fumigation of leguminous crops with an ionized flow of an air-dispersed mixture, and also presents some dependences characterizing the course of the process of electrostatic fumigation of legumes in the device being developed. The use of the proposed design of the installation for electrostatic fumigation of leguminous crops in an overflowing layer will allow for a uniform and high-quality fumigation process.
This article presents materials related to the development of a promising design of adaptive torsion bar suspension for trailed special and cargo vehicles, both trailers and semi-trailers, designed for the transportation of bulk and general cargo. A number of technical solutions, created at the level of inventions, are proposed, which make it possible to simplify the existing types of spring suspensions, reduce their metal consumption, improve the smoothness of trailed vehicles (TV) and increase their operational reliability due to the operation of suspensions in automatic mode. when they overcome micro and macro unevenness of the roadway. Analytical studies were carried out with the development of a design scheme and a methodology for calculating the design of an adaptive torsion spring for static and dynamic strength.
The purpose of the research was to analyze the technological scheme of the KZS-10 combine har-vester. According to its results, the structural and technological scheme of the working process of the combine harvester was compiled and studied. The parameters of the reel are defined. As a re-sult of the analysis and calculations carried out, the coefficient of impact of the reel h on the stems is analytically determined, which depends on the width of the strip of stems that the knife cuts when exposed to the reel bar and the path that the machine passes (the movement of the reel shaft) during the immersion of the next reel bar in the grain stand (the step of the bar).
The article presents the results of studies of the process of electrostatic fumigation of seeds of leguminous crops with an ionized fumigating agent in a drum-type installation by methods of mathematical planning. A complete factorial experiment of type 23 is implemented. An equation is obtained that adequately describes this process, and its graphic interpretation is given. Practical recommendations are given for the development of regimes for industrial fumigation of seeds of leguminous crops, allowing to predict the conditions of the process.
