Characteristics have been developed, by which the boundaries of coherence of adjacent road sections are established in accordance with requirements for the traffic safety. The coordination of adjacent sections of the road is carried out taking into account the driver’s behavior program, which is presented in the work as a value of the maximum entropy of his perception field. The choice of this criterion is determined by the possibility of a comprehensive assessment of many road environment factors that influence the driver. The boundaries of coordination of the maximum entropy values of adjacent road sections with use of the accident rate are established.
The paper presents results of demand research for “park and ride” parking lots in the city of Kharkiv. The analysis of the previous research pertaining to demand for “park and ride” parking lots has been carried out in the paper. Disadvantages of the existing methods have been identified as well. A methodology in research on demand for “park and ride” demand for “park and ride” parking lots in the city of Kharkiv according to various characteristics. Distribution of traffic parking lots in the city of Kharkiv has been developed and it is based on modelling of transportation correspondence distribution on traffic networks and a questionnaire survey of car drivers. The obtained data have made it possible to segment the demand for drivers representing suburban areas according to frequency of visits to the city by private cars has been determined in the paper. Drivers’ satisfaction with their efficient movement through the city has been assessed in the paper. Segmentation of traffic demand in the places of possible locations for “park and ride” parking lots has been made according to urban transportation distance and on the basis of modelling distribution of transport correspondences. Quantity demanded for “park and ride” parking lots in the Kharkiv city in dependence to conditions for services has been calculated according to a questionnaire survey of car drivers. It has been established that conditions for parking services significantly determine the demand for “park and ride” parking lots. Analysis of segmentation results concerning the demand for “park and ride” parking lots has shown that under current condions demand for this type of parkings in Kharkiv is at rather low level and they are practically absent in case of 5 km urban transportation distance. Parameters demonstrating dependence of demand for “park and ride” parking lots on transportation distance through the city have beendetermined in the paper. The obtained results of the research are considered as initial data to study demand for “park and ride” parking lots.
The corporate culture of the enterprise in the present conditions becomes an effective competitive advantage, the uniqueness of which is to exclude the possibility of copying it by other market participants through the reproduction of the process of social interaction between the employees of the company on the basis of the formed common ideas and understanding. Therefore, the main purpose of the work is to assess the corporate culture of the enterprise based on competing values framework design. The state enterprise ‘Plant for chemical reagents’ (SC ‘Zavod khimichnykh reaktyviv’) was chosen as the research object. An important step in assessing the corporate culture, for the period under study, is the analysis of the internal labor resources of the enterprise. It was established that the research object reduced the number of staff members. The work revealed vectors of corporate culture. It was also found that the company is recommended to introduce a new information system, taking into account the need for market monitoring; to improve the system of motivation of employees of the enterprise; complete the certification process according to ISO 2010 standards.
The object of this study is the process of driver’s labor activity on road sections in the city's transport system in the process of transporting goods and passengers. The influence of traffic congestion on the level of the functional state of a choleric driver and a phlegmatic driver, which are opposite types of temperament, is considered. The hypothesis of the study is that the level of driver fatigue, determined by a change in his functional state in a traffic jam, affects the driver's reaction time and road safety and depends on the driver's condition and the parameters of the traffic jam. The degree of fatigue, which is determined by a change in the functional state of the driver, is determined based on the concept of the cardiovascular system as an indicator of the adaptive activity of the driver's body by measuring the electrocardiogram. To assess the level of driver fatigue, the irregularities of the electrocardiogram cardio intervals are analyzed, which are a universal response to any type of load: physical or mental. The level of fatigue is assessed in arbitrary units using a special algorithm that takes into account statistical indicators, histogram indicators and data from the spectral analysis of cardio intervals. Regularities of changes in the level of fatigue of a choleric driver and a phlegmatic driver, depending on various conditions of stay in a traffic jam, were obtained using nonlinear models of changes in their functional states. It was revealed that the most significant factor influencing the final level of fatigue of a choleric driver in a congestion is the duration of traffic congestion, the effect of which on the output function is manifested only in conjunction with the initial level of fatigue. The next most important parameter influencing the change in the level of fatigue is the initial value of the level of fatigue before the mash. The influence of the age of the choleric driver on the level of his fatigue in the congestion was less pronounced. As a result of the studies carried out and the revealed patterns, it was found that the duration of the congestion does not significantly affect the condition of the phlegmatic driver. The most important factor influencing his condition is the initial level of fatigue before entering the congestion. It was also found that the conditions of being in a traffic jam most significantly affect older choleric drivers (fifty or more years old) compared to young drivers thirty years old. Analysis of the research results showed that congestion lasting more than ten minutes leads to a significant increase in the level of fatigue of a choleric driver. Such situations can lead to an increased probability of a road traffic accident by a choleric driver. The obtained patterns of changes in the functional state of a choleric driver and a phlegmatic driver in a traffic jam allow predicting the driver's behavior after a traffic jam and assessing various options for the development of the road traffic situation that affect road safety.
