The article considers the inefficient Ukrainian sugar mill operation and the influence of the evaporator automated process control system on energy efficiency of sugar beet production. Sugar production issues which decrease its competitiveness in Ukraine have been identified. Analysis about the impact of the major production departments has been carried out. The influence of the evaporator on the energy efficiency of the factory and on the quality of the products that must be competitive is proved. The study determined the influence of juice quality indicators during evaporation on the quality of sugar and the drawbacks in mathematical support of automated process control systems (APCS), which occur when evaporation conditions change. The article shows the ways to solve issues that happen within decreasing the product quality and inadequate regulation of the production efficiency by means of APCS when the raw materials quality during evaporation has not been taken account. It determines the issues in the work of automated evaporation process control systems. Because of the complexity of juice evaporation in the multiple evaporation station and the influence of various process indicators both technological and qualitative we determine the main vectors of the management at automated process control systems of juice evaporation. To solve the issue, the major criteria of sugar production efficiency, regulatory requirements, theoretical foundations and the practical experience of implementation and the use of quality criteria in APCS in countries using the energy efficient and competitive technologies of sugar production are considered. The efficiency of the proposed product quality criteria for mathematical support of automated evaporation control system is substantiated. Accordingly, there is reason to think that the obtained qualitative criterion of efficiency can be used in mathematical support of automated juice evaporation process control systems at the sugar factory.
The article considers the operation of sugar mills in Ukraine and reasons affecting their efficiency. It determines the influence of the evaporation station operation on the energy efficiency of the factory and on qualitative indicators of the products. The study shows the influence of changes in juice qualitative indicators that form during the evaporation on sugar quality. The directions in the work of the automated process control systems (APCS) are shown, which help to eliminate the problems that reduce the efficiency of the evaporation station. An important area in the APCS operation is the control of the product quality and energy efficiency regimes that ensure this quality. Due to the complexity of the juice evaporation in a multiple evaporation station and the influence of various indicators, both technological and qualitative, the main vectors of work in automated process control systems of the juice evaporation are determined. An important way to improve the efficiency of the evaporator is the development and application of mathematical software at the APCS, which will reflect the real changes during the evaporation; and accordingly the software and equipment that are used for the control of the evaporation process and will appropriately respond to these changes. The article considered the main criteria of sugar production efficiency, normative requirements, the oretical bases and practical experience of introduction and use of qualitative criteria in the APCS in the countries using energyefficient and competitive technologies of sugar production. The study justifies the efficiency of the proposed product qualitative criteria in the method and algorithm to calculate the thermal evaporation regime for the mathematical support of the automated process control system. Accordingly, there is reason to believe that the obtained qualitative criterion of efficiency, algorithm and method of calculation of the thermal process, which take into account both indicators of technological nature and indicators of the juice quality, can be used in mathematical software of the APCS at the sugar mill multiple evaporation station.
One of the biggest reasons that lead to violations of the security of companies’ services is obtaining access by the intruder to the legitimate accounts of users in the system. It is almost impossible to fight this since the intruder is authorized as a legitimate user, which makes intrusion detection systems ineffective. Thus, the task to devise methods and means of protection (intrusion detection) that would make it possible to identify system users by their behavior becomes relevant. This will in no way protect against the theft of the data of the accounts of users of the system but will make it possible to counteract the intruders in cases where they use this account for further hacking of the system. The object of this study is the process of protecting system users in the case of theft of their authentication data. The subject is the process of identifying users of the system by their behavior in the system. This paper reports a functional model of the process of ensuring the identification of users by their behavior in the system, which makes it possible to build additional means of protecting system users in the case of theft of their authentication data. The identification model takes into consideration the statistical parameters of user behavior that were obtained during the session. In contrast to the existing approaches, the proposed model makes it possible to provide a comprehensive approach to the analysis of the behavior of users both during their work (in a real-time mode) and after the session is over (in a delayed mode). An experimental study on the proposed approach of identifying users by their behavior in the system showed that the built patterns of user behavior using machine learning methods demonstrated an assessment of the quality of identification exceeding 0.95
