To resolve this issue of lower level of entrepreneurial activities, the current study comes up with the prime objective to highlight the significant entrepreneurial factors to boost up the banking sector performance. To achieve this objective, this study adopted the survey approach to collect the data by using area cluster sampling. Total numbers of 500 questionnaires were distributed among the employees of banking sector from different localities of Pakistan. The results of the study found that entrepreneurial factors such as management support, work discretion, entrepreneurial education, previous entrepreneurial experience and time availability have significant positive impact on business performance in banking sector. Moreover, it is found that entrepreneurship passion for inventing moderating the relationship between these factors and business performance, except time availability. Thus, the current study is contributing to the body of knowledge by determining the entrepreneurial success factors in banking sector. For the reason, this study is beneficial for practitioners to boost up the banking sector performance in Pakistan.
BACKGROUND: Psychological conditions are experiences of the conscious and unconscious elements of the work context, which revolve around workers' perceptions of feeling either engaged or disengaged with the assigned tasks. In the psychosocial work environment of hazardous industries like petrochemicals where production lasts twenty-four hours a day and continues seven-days-a-week, a psychologically available worker is extremely important. Psychological availability refers to when workers who are physically, emotionally and psychologically engaged at the moment of performing tasks. OBJECTIVE:The broad objective of this study was to investigate the direct and indirect effects of behavioral factors on the psychological and physiological health of workers. METHODS: The latest, second generation technique, which is structural equation modeling, is used to identify the relationships between behavioral antecedents and health outcomes. A total of 277 technical workers participated, aged between 20 and 49 and were healthy in all aspects. RESULTS:The study results showed quantitative demands, emotional demands, work-family conflict, and job insecurity were significantly associated with both psychological (stress) and physiological (Body Mass Index) factors. The social support of colleagues produced mixed findings with direct and indirect paths. Stress also significantly mediates the psychosocial factors and burnout of the workers. CONCLUSION:The study concluded that workers were physically available, but they experienced distractions as members of social systems, affecting their physiological and psychological health.
The main objective of the current study is to investigate the direct relationship between the green supply chain management, environmental management, and sustainable performance. In addition to that the study has also examined the mediating role of environmental management. The manufacturing firms listed in PSX are chosen as a sample of the study. The study has employed the survey based methodology and the data were collected with the aid of a questionnaire. The response rate after omitting unusable questionnaires is 59.6%. For the data analysis, the study has chosen, SEM-PLS, which is one of the most robust technique for the data analysis. The findings of the study have shown agreement with the hypothesized results. The response rate after omitting unusable questionnaires is 59.6%. The researchers highlighted the presence of two different mediation impacts between the internal and external GSCM activities or both are the mediators of these associations. The scholars highlighted the presence of two different mediation impacts between internal and external GSCM practices and organizational economic performance enhancement. The study will be helpful for practioners, and policymakers in understanding the issues related to green supply chain management, environmental management, and sustainable performance.
Now cyber-attacks are increasing because existing security systems are not able to identify them. The cyber attacks had purposes of disclosing personal information by attacking the PC and to reduce the system. The goal of recent heavy blows. attacks has changed from disclosing information and destruction of services to attacking large-scale systems such as analytic infrastructures. The defense technologies to counter these attacks are build on patterns matching methods which are very limited. This reality, The event of new and previously unknown attack, detections rate become very low. To keep safe from these unknown attacks, which unable to identified with existing technology, We proposed the new model based on big data analysis techniques that can obtain information from a variety of sources to identify future attacks. The model base on the future Advanced Persistent Threat detection and prevention system implementations.
