Communication between humans is impossible without the use of language. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a technique that is used so that computers can comprehend various natural languages. Named Entity Recognition (NER) is a subtask of information extraction that aims to discover and categorize the components in given text into pre-defined categories. NER is an abbreviation for the phrase ”named entity recognition”. Machine translation, question-answering systems, and automatic summarization are exam- ples of the types of NLP tasks that can benefit from NER. The purpose of this research is to investigate whether or if it is possible to create a chatbot that converses in the Kumaon language, as well as any poten- tial difficulties that could arise in the process. In addition to this, the authors provide an in-depth exami- nation of Kumaoni as well as a mapping of the language into other languages to make its use in industrial processing more accessible.
Web data mining research efforts lead to user or group of user's satisfaction by providing accurate and relevant information retrieval; by learning about user's demands so that services can target specific groups or even individual users and by providing personalized service. Due to the explosive growth of web content in the internet world in the past few years, there is tremendous requirement and scope of doing research in the category of e-commerce agents. Also user requirements such as getting accurate information in a prompt manner are not getting fulfilled as per their expectations. This has motivated the researcher to pursue his research in the field of web data mining through software agents. This paper has highlighted the implementations of software agents for e-commerce applications.
An innovation in technology has always ignited change for the people. Such changes have not only forced business processes to adopt new technology but also to change the business processes as well. The same has been seen in the print industry. Due to new concepts in technology and increasing use of internet, the industry is facing major challenges and one such challenge is survival. It is evident that run lengths for print is decreasing. But at the same time new opportunities are arising that includes embracing web-to-print, workflow systems and MIS for business survival and growth. This paper discusses such aspects of print industry and proposes a new cloud based print workflow model (PrettyPrint) that can leverage benefits to the print providers. The algorithms for the proposed model are illustrated and discussed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
