In the first direction of this article, the new Marhamat, Mustaqillik-18 and Jararik-12 varieties of mulberry have economic value characteristics, such as leaf stem size, leaf length, leaf width, leaf stem length, leaf weight, leaf stem weight, leaf stem weight, and net leaf weight. In addition, the systems of mulberry silkworms Liniya-101 and Liniya-205 were cultivated with Marhamat, Jararik-12 and Mustaqillik-18 and Tajik seedless varieties of mulberry. The second direction of the study was the experiments on in vitro propagation of new varieties of tobacco, and the cost-effectiveness of testing in the conditions of production of positive data obtained on the basis of the results of 2017-2020. At the same time, it can be seen that the economic efficiency of mulberry varieties grown and introduced in vitro is 4,695,300 UZS, net profit is 1,577,500 UZS, and the size of profitability is 39.6% contrast to the comparator.
In this article, we have studied the extent to which the technological performance of mulberry silkworms on the industrial hybrids “Musaffo Tola 1” and “Musaffo Tola 2” changes during the hot summer days and these hybrids retain their potential even in adverse stress conditions. Import varieties of “Jingsong x Hoayou” and “Hoayou x Jingsong” hybrid combinations were selected as control hybrids. This Chinese hybrid is the most imported hybrid in Uzbekistan. The purpose of our experiments is to assess the resistance of domestic and import varieties of hybrids to high temperatures on the basis of technological indicators. Changes in the biological performance of import varieties of and domestic hybrids under stress conditions, in particular, a decrease in the viability of worms, an increase in the percentage of deaf and black cocoons, and changes in technological properties were studied.
In the less favorable hydrothermal and fattening conditions of a summer silkworm nursery, the average indicators of cocoons and silk weight were observed as decreasing by 22.0 and 25.0% respectively, in comparison with the favorable conditions of the Spring season. The hybrids (a 'hybrid' pertaining to biology, is an animal or organism that is the result of the crossing-breeding of two different species or varieties) have been revealed, which are more suitable to the specific conditions of summer silkworm fattening. We have started tests focused on increasing the silk productivity of the silkworm by repeated fattening using nitrogen antiseptic sources.
In the current era of highly developed science, technology and technology, the demand for natural fabrics is increasing year by year in the world market, and the world silk industry and science are led to the cultivation of mulberry varieties with high nutritional value and the creation of breeds and hybrids suitable for different seasons of the changing external environment. In recent years, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the practice of rearing mulberry silkworms several times a year has been used. However, there are no breeds and hybrids suitable for the hot summer conditions of our country, based on this, scientific research has been started in the direction of creating heat-resistant breeds at the Silk Research Institute. In this article, the results of the breeding of 6 breeds and 4 different industrial hybrids of mulberry silkworm under hot conditions are described. Based on preliminary data, Line 1 and Line 2 systems were found to have high embryonic and post-embryonic viability under hot summer conditions. However, the average cocoon weight of these systems was 1.68-1.73 g, cocoon shell weight was 339 mg, and cocoon silkiness was 19.6-20.2%. Based on the obtained results, it was concluded that Line 1 and Line 2 systems can be used as initial selection material for creating heat resistant breeds.
In countries where sericulture is well-developed, there is a pressing need to create new systems, varieties, and hybrids of the Morus alba L. species, which is the only food source for the mulberry silkworm Bombyx mori L. These new systems should be suitable for the care of silkworms, and their nutritional and chemical composition should be studied. The introduction of these new systems into production is considered a crucial problem that needs to be addressed. Research experiments were carried out in 2013-2017 at the Tashkent State Agrarian University and the Silk Research Institute. The results showed that in 2017, the new varieties contained 75.1-74.3% water, while in 2018, the water content was 76.0-77.3%. Meanwhile, the Tajikskaya bezsemyannaya variety showed an increase in this indicator, reaching 75.2-76.2%. However, these results were still lower than the benchmark of 98.8-101.4%. The amount of protein is one of the most important indicators of mulberry leaf composition.
