The provision of incentives is one stimulus to encourage someone’s loyalty, and better work performance as the incentives are paid based on one’s work commitment. This research was conducted at Bethesda General Hospital, Tomohon City, and aims to determine the effect of incentives on its employee work commitment. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of r = 0.84 indicated that there is a close and positive relationship between incentives and employee work commitment. The correlation analysis also produced the coefficient of determination r² = 0.71 or 71%, implying that the provision of incentives influences 71% of employee work commitment, and other factors beyond this research influence the remaining 29%. In addition, the t-test analysis shows that t count = 8.23 is greater than t table = 1.70 indicating a highly significant relationship between the provision of incentives and employee work commitment.
This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of class management in improving learning outcomes in Bhayangkari kindergarten and Bethlehem Tondano kindergarten. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a multi-site study model. The results of this study show that 1) Classroom management planning starts from school curriculum documents. 2) The implementation of classroom management in both schools is manifested in every learning activity. 3) The evaluation of class management In both schools departed from the results of the supervision of the principal, supervisor, teacher meetings, and was evident in the learning outcomes of students. 4) Good class management will make student learning outcomes increase and develop in a good direction as well. The study indicates that classroom management affects learning outcomes.
This research aims to determine the source of education funding and the magnitude of the influence of these sources of educational funding on student learning outcomes. The expected benefits from this research include practical benefits, which can serve as a reference for readers and become a means for this research to explore economic education theories, and theoretical benefits as inputs for Education Office. This research used a descriptive method with correlational techniques, in which the data collected were analyzed with a correlation formula. The population was all students who received BKM (Bantuan Keluarga Miskin or Poor Family Assistance) scholarships, and the sample was taken from the entire population. The research results showed that students’ average potential was satisfactory, and education funding significantly influenced student achievement. Apart from the education funding factors, learning achievement is also determined by other factors, such as student perseverance.
Creating quality human resources requires various facilities and infrastructure, such as investment in the education sector. However, collaborative governance has not achieved the desired results. The analysis shows that education management is based on several indicators, including initial conditions, facilitative leadership, institutional design, and collaborative processes. Most importantly, the collaborative process involves several parties, including the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture, and primary school leaders/school committees (principals, staff, and teachers). Only 3 out of 34 special schools in North Sulawesi use the independent curriculum, which is tailored to learners with special needs. The other 31 special schools use the Special Education curriculum. Teacher qualifications in North Sulawesi for special needs teachers are dominated by teachers with educational qualifications below D4/S1 (referring to diplomas or undergraduate degrees). Statistics on Special Schools (SLB) for the 2020/2021 academic year show an increase in classrooms every year, but only around 47.37% of classrooms are in good condition. The percentage of classroom development in North Sulawesi SLB has increased from year to year but still needs improvement. Facilities and infrastructure in North Sulawesi SLB also need attention, such as the need for separate toilets for students that are not yet adequate. The physical Special Allocation Fund (DAK) provided by the government to schools is increasing, but repairs are still needed for slightly damaged or declining classrooms.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah ( PBM ) dalam Menigkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V111 Pada mata pelajaran IPS TERPADU di SMP SATAP TUMPAAN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 341 dengan sampel 34 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe PBM lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran secara konvensional pada pokok bahasan kegiatan ekonomi. Dari Pengujian Hipotesis minat belajar siswa menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dengan penerapan model pembelajaran tipe PBM dan kelas control dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan adanya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe PBM memberikan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan atau berarti dalam meningkatkan minat hasil belajar. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif dan Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the Application of Cooperative Learning Model Based on Problem Based Learning (PBM) in Improving Student Learning Outcomes of Class V111 in Integrated Social Studies subjects at SMP SATAP TUMPAAN. The research method used is the experimental method. The population of this study was 341 with a sample of 34 students. Based on the research results, student learning outcomes taught by applying the PBM cooperative learning model were better than student learning outcomes taught by conventional learning on the subject of economic activities. From the Hypothesis Testing, student interest in learning shows that there are differences in learning outcomes between the experimental class with the application of the PBM type learning model and the control class with conventional learning. With the cooperative learning model type PBM has a very significant or significant effect in increasing interest in learning outcomes.
