PT Nutrifood Indonesia merupakan perusahaan FMCG yang memproduksi produk makanan dan minuman, seperti Nutri Sari, HiLo, Tropicana Slim, dan L-Men. Pada suatu perusahaan, produk jadi disimpan pada warehouse yang terdapat aktivitas keluar-masuk barang. Tata letak produk yang baik akan membantu aktivitas. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah belum adanya tata letak produk jadi yang jelas pada warehouse, sehingga mempersulit staff warehouse untuk bekerja. Pada penelitian ini, diterapkan metode dedicated storage untuk merancang tata letak warehouse produk jadi PT NFI-Palembang. Penerapan metode dilakukan dengan memproses tiga data utama, yaitu space requirement, throughput, dan jarak tiap slot dari titik I/O. Setelah mengolah ketiga data tersebut, didapat hasil yang ingin dicapai pada metode dedicated storage, yaitu mendapat assignment atau penempatan produk pada slot, dan SOP setelah menggunakan metode dedicated storage. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dari total 240 slot tersedia akan terpakai 183 slot untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ruang 12 kategori produk utama PT Nutrifood Indonesia, dan menghasilkan 4 poin perubahan SOP setelah menggunakan metode dedicated storage.
This automatic train doorstop is made by using two infrared sensors and the sensor's piezeotronic sensor will be controlled by Arduino, this sensor will be useful if it detects the arrival of a train, if the train has passed this sensor then automatically the doorstop will be closed, when the train passes one more sensor then the doorstop will open automatically. For information to the community that there will be a train passing, it must be equipped with a bazzer and other indicator lights. With this automatic doorstop, the level of accident at the railroad crossing will decrease.
The feed is one of the most important factors in the growth and survival of fish. One of the efforts made to increase the growth and survival of fish is the provision of herbal supplements in fish feed. The research aim is to provide information about the utilization of herbal supplements on the growth and survival of catfish (Clarias sp). This research has been carried out from July to August 2020 at Bandar Agung Lahat Village, South Sumatera. Catfish rearing containers use two waring units placed in concrete ponds with two treatment that P0: control (without herbal supplements) and P1: utilization of herbal supplements and. The data taken includes absolute growth and absolute length, survival, feed efficiency, and water quality. The utilization of herbal supplements has a good effect on fish growth, feed efficiency, and survival rate. Maintenance of P0 (control) resulted in an absolute weight of 9.79 grams, an absolute length of 6.3 cm, the survival of 85.15%, feed efficiency of 107.89% while maintenance of P1 with the utilization of herbal supplements resulted in an absolute weight of 14.17 grams, an absolute length 7.8 cm, survival 98.57%, feed efficiency 161.170%.
Percetakan Mulya Jaya adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang percetakan dengan aktivitas kerja yang beragam, seperti fotokopi, penjilidan, pencetakan, dan lainnya yang berada di wilayah Sekip Madang, Palembang. Salah satu faktor penting bagi kesehatan dan kenyaman para pekerja atau operator adalah posisi dan sikap kerja dari para pekerja itu sendiri saat melakukan aktivitas kerjanya. Disinilah ergonomi berperan untuk melakukan penyesuaian posisipara pekerja dalam bekerja. Untuk mencapai ENASE, perlu dilakukan perubahan stasiun kerja, yang sebelumnya operator bekerja pada posisi berdiri dengan kaca etalasemenjadimeja dan kursi yang berguna untuk mencapai ENASE. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan meja dan kursi yang sesuai dengan kondisi dari pekerjayang ada. Untuk Kursi dengan ukuran lebar,panjang, dantinggi dudukan kursi sebesar 45cm, 42cm, dan 44 cm, tinggi sandaran kursi 30cmhingga55cm. Sedangkan untuk perancangan meja dimensi yang dihasilkan adalah ukuran panjang, lebar, dan tinggi meja sebesar 168 cm, 68cm, dan 74cm.
Liquid organic fertilizer is a type of fertilizer that has a liquid form with a brownish color and is commonly used in agriculture as a supporting material for the main fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer can be produced through the fermentation process of organic matter, such as plant residues, animal or human waste, and organic waste so that it will not damage the environment. The manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer in this study uses waste cooking oil as raw material which will be fermented anaerobically for 21 days with the use of EM4 activator volume of 10 mL and 50 mL. This study was conducted to determine how much potential used cooking oil waste can be converted into liquid organic fertilizer. The results showed that the best concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and carbon organic in liquid organic fertilizer was obtained at 10 mL volume of EM4 activator. The best nitrogen concentration is 0.520 ppm, the best phosphorus concentration is 12.213 ppm, the best potassium concentration is 12013.825 ppm, and the best organic carbon concentration is 2.10%.
