Solan, (HP) to evolve INPS system for higher growth and yield. The experiment was laid out in RBD with 03 replicates comprising 13 integrated combinations of inorganic and organics including Biofertilizers/PGPR. The reduced RDF was supplemented through organic manures (EC, SMC) on N eq. basis. Integrated use of manures, fertilizers and bio-fertilisers/ PGPR significantly influenced yield and plant growth attributes in all three crops. The highest yields were recorded in treatment comprising of 90 % RDF + 10% SMC + FYM + Biofertilizer/PGPR (T 6 ) with an average increase of 14.11 %, 24.27 % and 15.31 % over recommended practise in pea, capsicum and radish respectively.
