Conventional ferromagnetic resonance for magnetic thin films is found to coexist with the transmission resonance of a T-type microwave microstrip at certain applied magnetic fields. The conductivity, the magnetization and the magnetic anisotropic field of magnetic films can eventually be evolved from the measured resonance frequency and the quality (Q) factor of the resonance spectra. This work provides a closely scrutinized method to delineate the magnetic and electrical properties of the deposited magnetic films succinctly.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
