With the ceaseless development of enterprises, unstructured data processing between the original business system and the new data management system of enterprises is becoming one of the main problems. In view of that, taking into account the current situation of the information-based management of unstructured data, this paper mainly conducts detailed elaboration in terms of the technology of unstructured data migration as well as dump in large-scale enterprise from the perspective of platform design, migration function design, and dump function design.

The expansion of the state power network coverage is ceaselessly forwarding, which directly product a large number of electrical power data, including video files, picture files and data files; therefore the storage of massive data has become an important factor limiting the construction of power management information system. Based on the distributed file storage system, this paper discusses the distributed file storage strategy that can meet the requirements of the heterogeneous data storage in state grid.

Globalization has brought increased attention to the balance of payments situation from a variety of countries. The traditional method of measuring balance of payments may not be applicable in certain situations. This paper draws on the idea of economic resilience, uses the transmission mechanism of balance of payments imbalance, and establishes a system of balance of payments imbalance resilience to provide a complement to the traditional measure. In this article, we establish a system of balance of payments resilience and ensure its reasonableness and effectiveness. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) balance of payments resilience score can be used as a reference and early warning indicator of a country’s balance of payments situation and improves the measurement of balance of payments. (2) Improving the country’s unemployment rate and boosting adjusted net savings will significantly upgrade the balance of payments situation. Improving foreign capital adequacy and foreign exchange market conditions is more beneficial for improving the country’s rank of resilience score.

Unstructured data have complex features such as ultra-high dimension, nonlinearity, and interpretation of information through subjects, which lead to the difficulties in management, processing and application of unstructured Information. On this basis, this paper illustrates the research status and research trend of unstructured information processing from the perspective of human cognition, expecting to bring some inspiration to scholars in the field.
