The purpose of this paper is to develop a fuzzy logic model for traffic system. This model is used to overcome the problem of traffic congestion in cities. Consequently, travelling time, fuel consumption and pollution can reduce. Moreover, traffic flow prediction helps the transport users to plan their time of travel and also in selecting the travelling path depending on the predicted information. In this paper, we used density of vehicles variable to design a system which uses the green signal depending on the number of vehicles in that particular line. Here fuzzy logic toolbox of MATLAB is used. The fuzzy sets and membership functions are chosen in an appropriate manner. In this paper, we study some structure spaces of (m, n)-semiring (S, f,), introducing the classes of n-ary prime k-ideals, n-ary prime full k-ideals, n-ary prime ideals, maximal ideals and strongly irreducible ideals. Considering their collections, respectively, of an (m, n)-semiring (S, f,), we construct the respective topologies on them by means of closure operator defined in terms of intersection and inclusion relation among these ideals of the (m, n)-semiring (S, f,). The obtained topological spaces are called the structure spaces of (m, n)-semiring (S, f,). We mainly study several principal topological axioms and properties of those structure spaces of (m, n)-semiring such as separation axioms, compactness and connectedness etc.

In the teaching of modeling concepts and spatial analysis, a major role play technologies and software. Anyhow main aim at the education is the teaching of concept independently on what kind of technologies and software will be used. The latter might be grouped in two categories: the commercial software and Open Source software. In this article emphasises the role of GIS technologies at the process of teaching and it is fulfilled an analysis advantages adn disadvantages between both software: commercial software ArcGis, and so called "Open Source" QuantumGis. Taking in to consideration the financial possibility of the educational institutions and also the complexity of its functionalities, it suggests that Qgis might be an acceptable alternative at the process of teaching and the practice at GIS lab.
