The most crucial component of everyone's life is their health, especially for young people, health problems that often arise in the younger generation are promiscuity or free sex. HIV/AIDS cases were reported in the last 30 years, from 1992 to 2022 as many as 2,052 were infected with HIV/AIDS. Dozens of them are students and college students. This study's objective was to cluster the total cases of HIV/AIDS based on sub-districts in Karawang district. Seeing which areas need more attention in dealing with cases of HIV/AIDS transmission and the areas with the highest cases can serve as a manual for choosing the highest areas and these areas can be the main focus. The approach adopted for this study is data mining. To solve the existing problems, the authors use the K-Means algorithm using 4 clusters to find out which sub-district groups have very high, high, medium and low numbers of HIV/AIDS cases by calcualating the centroid/mean of the cluster data. The results of the study contained 4 clusters as follows: cluster 0 with low criteria earned 73%, cluster 1 with very high criteria earned 3%, cluster 2 with medium criteria earned 7%, and cluster 3 with high criteria earned 17%
Application of web-based raw material inventory control information system with a bill of materials (BOM) using the PHP and MySQL programming language as a database, and using the SDLC livestock device engineering method with stages of planning, design, implementation, and testing. I create a recording application that provides information about the availability of raw material reducing the error in calculating the amount of raw material based on the bill of material. With this application, it can help to purchase in determining the number of raw materials needed for production based on the master bill of material data.
Teknologi Informasi saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan inti suatu organisasi dan bukan hanyas sebagai alat pendukung. Pemerintah daerah tetapi juga sebagai instansi pemerintahan, menjadikan Teknologi Informasi sebagai salah satu visi dan misi yang perlu dicapai. Dalam rangka mencapai good government berdasarkan Peraturan Menkominfo No. 41 Tahun 2007, dibutuhkan suatu pengelolaan TI agar dapat memastikan investasi TI menambah value dan selaras dengan tujuan instansi. Pemerintah saat ini belum memiliki prosedur dan kebijakan yang mengatur tentang pengelolaan layanan TI. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membahas tentang service E-Transition layanan Tekologi Informasi E-Goverrment., menggunakan framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library V.3 (ITIL V.3) dengan domain Service Transition. Penelitian ini akan memberikan informasi tentang layanan (Service) dari sistem E-Government yang dapat dikterapkan di E-Government Kabupaten Karawang. Domain Service Transition ITIL V.3 ini memiliki 7 proses, yaitu transition planning and support, change management, release and deployment management, service asset and n configuration management, service valudation and testing,evaluation, dan knowledge management. E-Goverment. Tujuan dari Service Transition ini adalah memberikan layanan (Service) dari service SIMDA (Sistim Informasi Daerah) menjadi Teknologi E-Government. E-Government merupakan suatu service/layanan yang sangat penting bagi lembaga, pemerintahan sebagai suatu nilai dan tolak ukur keberhasilan penegelolaan administratif pemerintahan agar menjadi lebih baik, dan dapat mendukung pencapaian rencana strategis pemerintah untuk mencapai saran visi, misi dan tujuan lembaga tersebut, begitu halnya dengan Pemerintahan Daerah Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil dari penelitian E-Service inii adalah sebuah kebijakan TI dan 5 prosedur terkait proses-proses di ITIL yang menjadi prioritas.
Stakeholders widely use sentiment analysis in assessing sentiment towards an object. In this research, the object to be taken is sentiment analysis of political figures for the 2024 presidential candidate which is being widely discussed by netizens, especially on Twitter. The issues raised are regarding the performance measurement of an algorithm in classifying sentiments, some algorithms often need a higher level of accuracy. This study aims to improve performance measures from previous studies using the Naïve Bayes algorithm which has a fairly low level of accuracy, and in this study the SVM algorithm was used. This study takes Twitter data related to presidential candidates to see public opinion for each presidential candidate. The data taken was Twitter data with the keywords Ganjar, Anies, Prabowo totaling 8,959 data taken on October 17-25 2022. The results of the test concluded that the SVM algorithm has a performance measure or quite high accuracy compared to the Naïve Bayes algorithm in previous studies only of 73.86% while the SVM algorithm gets an average accuracy value of 98.61%, namely the Ganjar Pranowo dataset, then 98.81% precision, 99.79% recall. And for the proportion of sentiment, the positive sentiment obtained by Ganjar was higher than the other presidential candidates, namely 55%, Prabowo 30% and Anies 15%, while Anies' negative sentiment was 89% higher than Ganjar 8% and Prabowo 3%.
