The purpose of this research is to know the extent of the influence of labor safety and health variables on performance of employees part of the AMT I in PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Persero) Ujung Berung. For the method used in this research is to use quantitative methods, while for the collection of data is caaried out by means of disseminating a questionnaire to 128 employees part of the AMT I note that median value of median of the descriptive variables – safety and health work is 4,12 while for variable performance of employees is amounted to 4,09. Then from the results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that the work safety and health variables have an influence positively against variable employee performance, can be seen in results from t count i.e of 11,365 and t table of 1,9790. Then the probability values can be found in this study is 0,000 meaning that this regression model can be used to predict the performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian AMT I di PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Persero) Ujung Berung. Untuk metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data dikelompokkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner ke 128 karyawan bagian dari AMT, saya mencatat bahwa nilai median median variabel deskriptif - keselamatan dan kesehatan Pekerjaan adalah 4,12 sedangkan untuk variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 4,09. Kemudian dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, dapat dilihat pada hasil t hitung yaitu sebesar 11.365 dan t tabel 1.9790. Kemudian nilai probabilitas yang dapat ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,000 yang berarti bahwa model regresi ini dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kinerja.
Every employee must have experienced job stress. Work stress can give positive effect but if excessive it will cause negative impact especially is on employee performance. Therefore work stress must be prevented and handled. Excessive job stress is also experienced by employees of production department at PT Catur Kartika Jaya which is engaged in making mosquito nets. Therefore this research was made to find out how the job stress faced by employees of the production of PT Catur Kartika Jaya and its influence on the performance of these employees. The results obtained through this study is that there is a strong and significant negative influence on work stress on the performance of production employee in PT Catur Kartika Jaya. Therefore, the authors suggest the company to do socialization about work stress management and various activities outside the work that can rest and refresh the soul and body.

Setiap karyawan pasti pernah mengalami stres kerja. Stress kerja bisa memberi efek positif namun jika berlebihan maka akan menimbulkan dampak negatif terutama pada kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu stres kerja harus dicegah dan ditangani. Tekanan kerja yang berlebihan juga dialami oleh karyawan departemen produksi di PT Catur Kartika Jaya yang bergerak dalam pembuatan kelambu. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tekanan kerja yang dihadapi karyawan produksi PT Catur Kartika Jaya dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai produksi di PT Catur Kartika Jaya. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyarankan perusahaan untuk melakukan sosialisasi tentang manajemen stres kerja dan berbagai kegiatan di luar pekerjaan yang dapat beristirahat dan menyegarkan jiwa dan raga.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The sample in this study was 150 employees of Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia Ltd, using non-probability sampling - saturation sampling. The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to employees and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior by 31,5% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Analysis results show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
Pemerintahan Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten Bandung tidak mempunyai sistem pengelolaan dokumen pelayanan masyarakat yang baik sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan dokumen administrasi sehingga siap dikelola oleh software Image Ware Scan Manager (IWSM). Software ini memungkinkan pengelolaan dokumen dalam jumlah yang besar secara efisien dan proses indeks dokumen secara otomatis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan sejak bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2022. Sistem administrasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berdampak positif bagi pekerjaan para perangkat desa sehingga pelayanan pada masyarakat dapat terlaksana dengan lebih tertib dan cepat.
