Roselle is popular for it's therapeutic and nutritional value. Seeds, leaves, fruits and roots are utilized in herbal medicine for hair growth treatment. The Roselle, having various medically important compounds called photochemical, is documented for its nutritional and medicinal properties. Many parts of Roselle including seeds, leaves, fruits and roots are utilized in various foods also as in herbal medicine as a possible non-pharmacological treatment. In the treatment of various medical conditions, including several cardiovascular diseases, helmentic disease and cancer, different extracts from Roselle play an important role. Phytochemical research has reported that flavonoids, tannins, terpenoids, saponins, and alkaloids are the most bioactive compounds responsible for their medicinal effects. Experiments from recent studies have shown that different types of extracts from all Hibiscus. The components of rosa sinensis showed a good range of beneficial effects, such as hypotensive, anti-pyritic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-diabetic, wound healing, and abortifacient activities. Hibiscus rosa sinensis has been utilized in many herbal mix and drinks. This review plan to highlight the therapeutic application of Hibiscus rosa sinensis.
Drug waste management is the alarming issue nowadays so provide more awareness from healthcare professionals and drug receiver. The pharmacist are in the admirable position to aware people about safe medication disposal. The safe medication disposal awareness in society leads to the sufficient good differences in public health and surroundings. the knowledge of the safe drug disposal is equally important that consumption of the medicines. The easiest solution to the drug pollution is to disposal of medicines properly. The aim of this review is the government have to maintain the drug disposal methods on the label of drugs and dosage forms. The collection of the drug is easier and they can authorize the collection in the take back program. The Indian government have to authorized the drug collection sites and registered business or various authorization for the collection of the drug safely, they also have to organize the various types of events like drug take back awareness events, awareness programs on the need of proper drug disposal and its conditions. The drug waste contains the expired and non-expired drugs.

Throughout the last 20 years, several trendy technologies are established within the pharmaceutical analysis and development space. The automation of the drug drug discovery method by technologies like high output screening, combinatorial chemistry and computer aided drug design is resulting in a huge range of drug candidates possessing a very good efficacy. Unfortunately, several of drug candidates are a unit exhibiting poor liquid solubility. The use of drug nanocrystal is an universal formulation approach to extend the therapeutic performance of those medication in any route of administration. Drug nanocrystals are crystals with a size range in the nanometer range, meaning that they are nanoparticles with a crystalline character. This review describes the chemistry properties of drug nanocrystals, production method and potential clinical advantages. Poorly soluble medication are usually difficult drawback in drug formulation. Reducing the particle size of a drug to a nono-scale leads to an increased in surface area-to-volume ratio, increased dissolution velocity and improved in vivo performance of poorly soluble drugs.
The Asteraceae family's chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) may be a well-known medicinal plant. Chamaemelum nobile, also referred to as Roman chamomile, is usually referred to as real chamomile or sweet false chamomile.
