In recent years the genetic algorithm (GA) has received more and more attention of scholars. In order to find an effective way to use GA widely, the basic knowlege of GA was introduced. After the introduction of its development, characteristic and application, the trends of its modification and application were analyzed. This study has significance in theory and practice for the study of GA.
In order to find a more effective method for real estate investment evaluation, the grey AHP is applied and hierarchical assessment system is presented. First, the grey-relevant method is employed to evaluate the profit of the investment. During quantifying the qualitative indexes, set-valued statistic analysis is introduced, which reduces the uncertainty of the real estate investment assessment. A case shows that the method is feasible and valid. This study has significance in theory and practice for the real estate investment management.
The paper proposed a novel methods in order to solve the congestion and routing
oscillation, which based on crossover and mutation of the ant colony algorithm to achieve dynamic
QoS routing realization. The algorithm expanded the scope of the search path selection adaptively
adjust the strategy and the amount of information to determine the probability of renewal strategy,
which can better adapt to dynamic network environment, you can make the shortest possible path of
choice to meet the real-time applications, while avoiding link load is heavy, maintaining the
distribution of network load balance. The simulation results show that the routing algorithm has better
convergence speed and stability, which can more effectively address congestion and routing
oscillation, its performance compared with traditional methods have been noticeably elevated,
indicating it has a better multimedia network environment flexibility.
In order to find a more effective method of solving the problem of subjectivity and difficulty to deal with the high-dimension data, an improved Projection Pursuit (PP) based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was introduced. The PSO algorithm was employed to optimize the function of the projected indexes in the PP. Application results show the efficiency of the modification. This study has significance in theory and practice for the related research.
