AgNbO3 lead-free antiferroelectric (AFE) material has been one of the most promising candidates for fabricating dielectric capacitors due to their near-zero remnant polarization and good environmental friendliness. However, current AgNbO3...
Current polymer nanocomposites for energy storage suffer from both low discharged energy density (Ue) and efficiency (η) with increasing temperature due to their large remnant electric displacement (Dr), small breakdown...
ChemInform Abstract It is demonstrated that the sintering temp. of a lead zirconate titanate (PZT) is reduced from 1250 rc C to 960 rc C in the presence of a small amount of an additive consisting of B2O3-Bi2O3-CdO. This low-melting additive also improves the dielectric nd piezoelectric properties of the ceramics. High density and improved properties are observed in (Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3-PZT ceramics doped with CdO, MnO2, SiO2, and excess PbO. Their sintering temp. is lowered to 860-900 rc C.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
