Herein, we report a visible-light mediated organophotoredox-catalyzed Csp2-H alkylation of N-heteroarenes with dihydroquinazolines, from aliphatic ketones, under oxidative condition. This protocol represents a metal free approach to effectively construct C-C bond via Minisci-type reaction, formally activating native C-H bond of N-heteroarene and -C-C bond of readily available ketones. The mild nature of this method accommodates a large variety of N-heteroarenes as well as ketones, tolerating distinct functional groups.
We describe a visible-light photoredox-catalyzed alkylation/arylative cyclization of N-acrylamidesfrom 2-arylindoles, 2-arylbenzimidazoles, or N-substituted anilineswith ketone-derived dihydroquinazolinones, accessing indolo-and benzimidazolo[2,1-a]isoquinolines or 2-oxindoles. The consecutive incorporation of alkyl-and aryl-carbogenic motifs across a C=C bond via formal cleavage of ketone α-C−C and arene C−H bonds leads to the formation of five-and six-membered rings, with an allcarbon quaternary stereocenter. This dicarbofunctionalization elaborates aromatization-driven radical C−C functionalization of unactivated aliphatic ketones to construct diverse cyclic structures with functionality tolerance.
India has emerged as one of the largest production of sugarcane and sugar in the world with highest number of sugar factories. In other countries sugar is a by-product, but in India sugar is the main product produced by sugar mills. India is producing large quantity of sugar because of our own needs, but now a day's only sugar production is not production is not profitable for sugar mills. Sugar industry needs to increase their capacity in by products like alcohol, ethanol co-generation etc. In India, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra are one of the major sugars producing State in the country. Major sugar producing states are Uttar Pradesh (36%), Maharashtra (24%), Karnataka (11%), Tamilnadu (11%), Gujrat (4%), Andhra Pradesh (5%), Bihar (3%), Uttrakhand (2%), Haryana (2%), and Punjab (2%). Total sugar production is 100000 quintal and recovery rate is 11%. Total cost of operation is 9677 lakh rupees. Total profit is 5677 lakh rupees. Current price of sugarcane is 325 rupees per quintal.

The world around us has undergone a radical transformation due to rapid technological advancement in recent decades. The industry of the future generation is evolving, and artificial intelligence is the next change in the making popularly known as Industry 4.0. Indeed, experts predict that artificial intelligence will be the main force behind the following significant virtual shift in the way we stay, converse, and study, live, communicate, and conduct business (AI). All facets of our social connection are being transformed by this growing technology. One of the newest areas of educational technology is Artificial Intelligence in the field of Education (AIED). This study emphasis the different applications of Artificial Intelligence in education from both an industrial and academic standpoint. It highlights the most recent applications of AIED, with some of its main areas being the reduction of instructors' burden and students' contextualized learning novel transformative evaluations, and advancements in sophisticated tutoring systems. It analyses the AIED's ethical component and the influence of this transition on people, particularly students and instructors as well. Finally, the article touches on AIEd's potential future research and practices. The goal of this study is to introduce the present day applications of AIEd-based applications to its intended audience.
