This paper introduces operational path planning system of visual industrial robot, which could be applied to arc welding, cutting and gluing. It depicts a calibration method of camera coordinate. It gains environmental messages via the method of image acquisition. It uses the method of image procession to process the signals acquired. It fulfills robotic real-time control and offline programming. Practice has proved that this system has high repeatability precision, which can meet the challenge of arc welding, cutting and gluing, and also meet the needs of production line.
For the feature that the alarm system of home, industrial site security and anti-high temperature was limited by lines, we constructed an intelligent alarm system based on the GSM network to realize the wireless remote detection and control by sending and receiving messages via the GSM network technology. Practice has proved that the system has a wide application prospect with low misinformation rate, simple operation and higher cost-effectiveness.
Based on the decomposition analysis method of pollution change, the article extended connotation of decomposition model, and applied it to the analysis of pollution removal factors. It quantitatively decomposed effects of increased environmental protection investments upon the change of COD removal into scale effect, structure effect and technology effect. Results show that the scale effect makes the largest contribution to the removal of COD, the structure change of environmental protection investments and technical effect perform negative effects. The environmental pollution control appeared as a rude mode, and the efficiency of pollution control is relatively low. Therefore, we should increase investment in industrial pollution treatments, promoting the application of friendly-sound and advanced technology, intensifying the construction of pollution treatment infrastructures and supervision on the whole operation so as to raise the environment benefits of environmental protection investments.
Based on the theory of Projection Pursuit Model, a comprehensive benefits assessment model for environmental protection investments was built. According to values of the projection vector components, contributions of evaluation index to the comprehensive benefits were analyzed. On the basis of the model, overall benefits of provincial environmental protection investments were assessed. Results showed that, comprehensive benefits of environmental protection investments in annual 2010 had a strong regional property, descending from the east coast to the northwest inland, environmental protection benefits in provinces such as Shandong、Zhejiang and Jiangsu were higher, while in northwest inland, it was relatively low.
