The online shopping has become a regular way of shopping, enterprises should conduct in-depth mining of online shopping customers knowledge, and build customer knowledge base, so as to better meet customers needs. This paper constructs online shopping customers knowledge ontology model, and studies the knowledge representation based on the protégé environment.

To aim at the project team formation problem, this study proposes a formation model based on knowledge and cooperation degree. The ability of individual member and cooperation degree of team members are considered. In addition ,it presents a way of measuring candidate’s ability about knowledge, and establishes a collaborative model to measure the cooperation degree between team members. Furthermore, a calculation method of knowledge and cooperation degree is proposed, and then a mathematical model is established. Finally it presented a solution base on Genetic Algorithm for this model.

The cloud manufacturing brings forward a new idea of manufacturing resource sharing with service-oriented. Recent advances in information technology, such as cloud computing, internet of things, make it easier for heterogeneous resources in different regions to remote collaboration in cloud manufacturing. To help improve the success of distributed manufacturing resource sharing for service provider and user in building material and equipment enterprise (BMEE), the order-oriented cloud service library (OCSL) and order-based model for shared manufacturing resources (OMSMR) are proposed after analysing the management features of manufacturing resources in BMEE. The OCSL gives a relationship description between task orders and related services. Moreover, a case study is undertaken to evaluate the proposed model. The model brings into manufacturing industry for manufacturing resource sharing with a number of benefits such as openness, integrity and traceability.

More and more customers participate in the network, resulting in a large amount of information related to the customers, it is necessary for the enterprises to gain the useful customer knowledge from these information. The paper adopts the Apriori algorithm realizing the association analysis through the JAVA language, finally, the examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
