The Purpose of this Research was To Identify the influence of Variabel in Theory of Planned Behaviour (Attitude Toward Behavior, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control) toward Intention to Purchase of Tabur Puja Product (KPRI Kencana BKKBN Kab. Solok). The Sample of this Research was 115 Respondents of the cooperative member who has applied the loan application in Tabur Puja Products. Data analisyst used in this Research was Multiple Linear Regression. Hypothesits in this Research used T and F Test to test The Influnence Indepent Variable toward Dependent Variable. Result showed that “Attitude Toward Behavior” influenced significantly and positife to the intention to purchase of Tabur Puja Product. “Subjective Norm” influenced significantly and positife to the intention to purchase of Tabur Puja Product. “Perceived Behavioral Control” influenced significantly and positife to the intention to purchase of Tabur Puja Product.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mengenai Peraturan Pemerintah No 23 Tahun 2018 dengan tarif 0.5% yang sebelumnya 1%, serta kesadaran dan kepatuhan dalam melaksanakan kewajiban pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan objek penelitian adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Payakumbuh. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan capacity building dan workshop dengan membandingkan hasil skor pre test dan post test. Hasil dari pre test mendapatkan skor sebesar 31,33% sedangkan hasil skor post test mendapatkan skor sebesar 70%, hasil perbandingan skor pre test dan post test diatas menunjukkan bahwa capacity building dan workshop dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap Peraturan Pemerintah No 23 Tahun 2018. Dengan meningkatnya pemahaman wajib pajak diharapkan juga meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan melakukan kewajiban perpajakan.
