This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health with premarital sexual behavior. The design of this study is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is 470 students and the total sample of this study is 82 students. Time to take in April-May 2018, the research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test. The results of the study of knowledge were mostly 64 respondents (78.0%) with good knowledge, students who mostly had negative attitudes as much as 48 responses (41.5%), students who had premarital sexual behavior the majority were 66 respondent (80.5%). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between attitudes and behaviors to increase knowledge, attitudes and behaviors about premarital sex.

Tumbuhan obat telah digunakan sebagai pengobatan preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif sejak zaman kuno. Bahan aktif tumbuhan yang digunakan untuk mengobati penyakit memiliki nilai terapeutik. Tanaman mangrove merupakan salah satu tanaman yang sering di pergunakan untuk bahan obat tradisional. Indonesia merupakan negara yang berada di Asia yang memiliki hutan mangrove terbesar di dunia dan tersebar dari sabang hingga ke merauke. Luas hutan mangrove di Indonesia ± 42.550 km2 yang tersebar dalam 257 kota/kabupaten. Setidaknya terdapat 40 hingga 50 spesies mangrove di Indonesia yang merupakan spesies mangrove terbesar di dunia. Keberagaman jenis mangrove bervariasi dari pulau ke pulau di Indonesia, dan kebutuhan serta permintaan akan jamu semakin berkembang, begitu pula dengan kesadaran akan pentingnya bahan alami dan semboyan hidup di alam (back to nature).  Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu desain deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan masyarakat pesisir tentang manfaat mangrove sebagai tanaman obat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian didaptkan mayoritas masyarakat mempunyai pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 40 responden dengan persentase (67%) dimana masyarakat masih memanfaatkan mangrove hanya dari segi ecology.

Anemia menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang meluas terkait dengan peningkatan risiko morbiditas dan mortalitas terutama pada ibu hamil. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karimun pada tahun 2018, terdapat 74,54% ibu hamil yang mendapatkan suplemen Fe 3 di Karimun pada tahun 2017, dengan terutama 88,52% di Meral dan 54,37% di Tebing yang tercatat sebagai angka terendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan 69,0% responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang baik tentang manfaat tablet Fe 3 bagi ibu hamil, selain itu 67,9% menunjukkan sikap negatif dan 64,3% tidak patuh mengonsumsi suplemen Fe secara rutin. Selanjutnya, analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan responden dengan persetujuan mereka dalam mengkonsumsi tablet penambah zat besi dengan nilai p 0,000 (<0,05). Di sisi lain, juga dipastikan adanya hubungan antara sikap responden dengan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi suplemen penambah zat besi dengan nilai p 0,000 (<0,05). Sebagai saran, diharapkan semua pihak khususnya Puskesmas sebagai puskesmas dapat memberikan dan mendampingi para ibu hamil tentang informasi manfaat suplemen Fe baik untuk ibu hamil maupun bayinya.

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, covering all the development experienced in preparation for adulthood. Misinformation about sex can result in a person's knowledge and perception of the ins and outs of sex itself being wrong. Knowledge of reproductive health is indispensable to society, especially the adolescent population. The main purpose of reproductive health is to provide comprehensive reproductive health services to individuals and their partners, especially adolescents, so that each individual can aim to undergo the reproductive process. The method used in this study used counseling or direct socialization with the target, namely adolescents. The specific goal is to find out the adolescent's knowledge of reproductive health. The results showed that reproductive health counseling for adolescents is going well and is carried out by the goal, and adolescents are very enthusiastic about counseling, and very beneficial for adolescents and society. In conclusion, Counseling activities have a positive impact on adolescents and society to realize increased awareness of adolescents about how to maintain reproductive health. It is expected to be additional information about the importance of knowledge about productive health.
