A polycrystalline LaAlO3 target for the radio-frequency (rf) magnetron sputterings of LaA10, thin films has been prepared. These films serve as a buffer layer for high-l;. YBa2Cu307-, superconducting thin films on Si. Synthesis of lanthanum aluminate powder from a mixture of La203 and AI2O3 powders was performed by calcining from 1000" to 1600°C in air. Characterization of the calcined powders by X-ray diffraction indicates that full development of LaA10, phase was evident in the sample calcined for 3 h at 1600°C in air. A polycrystalline LaA103 target was prepared by heat treatment at 1500°C for 2 h in air after pressureless sintering at 1750°C for 3 h in Ar. Thin films of the LaAlO, on Si (100) were obtained by rf magnetron sputtering using the target and oxygen-annealing the as-deposited films. [
In this paper, the complexity of Viterbi Architectures is compared in the point of the survivor sequence management. Moreover, the Viterbi Decoder with Constraint length(K=7), Truncation length(T=5K), and Code rate(R=1/3) is implemented. The Viterbi Decoder uses the Radix-4 as the ACS method to obtain high throughput and low latency. The Modified State Mapping algorithm is also applied to achieve low latency as the survivor sequence management.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
