This study aimed to describe the skills of writing the text of the students 'short story review which was taught by cooperative learning model of TPS type and conventional learning model, describing the skill of writing the text of the students' short story which was learned through cooperative type model of TPS high reading habits, and students who were taught by using conventional learning methods that habitually read high on the students of class VIII SMP N 1 Pariaman and described the interaction between cooperative learning model of TPS type and reading habits to the skills of writing text of students in class V III SMP N 1 Pariaman. This research was a quantitative 2x2 factorial experimental design. The population of this research was the students of class VIII SMP N 1 Pariaman. Data collection was done through questionnaires and tests. Based on the result of research that cooperative learning model of TPS type influence the skill of writing text of short story. The skill of writing a review of students 'short stories taught by cooperative learning model of TPS type with high reading habits was better than the skill of writing the text of the students' short story which was taught by conventional learning model with high reading habit. Pada artikel ini memaparkan kajian isi jurnal dari beberapa hasil penelitian yang difokuskan pada model pembelajaran wors square. Hasil jurnal penelitian yang dianalisis berdasarkan hasil penelurusuran database jurnal online. Pada artikel ini jurnal yang dikaji berjumlah kurang lebih 10 jurnal nasional yang berfokus pada model pembelajaran word square. Hasil dari kajian konsep dari beberapa jurnal bahwa model word square merupakan pengembangan dari model pembelajaran ceramah. Peserta didik diharapkan bisa selalu aktif dan dapat menemukan cara belajar yang sesuai dengan dirinya. Guru hanya berfungsi sebagai mediator, fasilitor dan teman yang membuat situasi yang kondusif untuk terjadinya konstruksi pengetahuan pada diri peserta didik. Word Square ini akan memperkuat metode pembelajaran ceramah. Selain itu hasil kajian pada jurnal dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata hasil penelitian word square juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar.
There are different characteristics distinguishing a region from the others, thereby, leading to the diversities in the regional potentials and problems as well as the strategic regional development policies to be implemented. The East-West Corridor is one of the eleven provincial strategic economic areas in West Sumatra. It covers nine regencies or cities and 65 sub-districts with different characteristics and typologies and this leads to diversity in the strategies to develop this area. This study aims to determine the diversity associated with the characteristics and typologies of the strategic area of the East-West Corridor. This involved using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) analysis technique, spatial clustering analysis, and overlay analysis. Moreover, the regional characteristics and typologies were grouped based on 17 observational variables used in producing four main components including trade and tourism services, agriculture, livestock/fishery, and tourism. The results of spatial clustering analysis produced 3 clusters which are the urban, desa-kota, and rural areas while the overlay analysis produced ten regional characteristics and typologies used as the basis to make strategies and policies for each region’s development and to increase investment opportunities in the strategic area of West-East Corridor and the Province of West Sumatra in general.
The purpose of this study was to determine the settlement of non-performing loans at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat. The data analysis method uses qualitative data. The results of the study prove that efforts to resolve non-performing loans are adjusted to the level of credit problems categorized as substandard loans given the first warning letter (SP I), doubtful credits are given warning letter II (SPII), bad loans are given the last warning letter, namely (SP III). which is useful to find out how much the debtor's good intentions are in paying off his debts. The non-performing loan settlement technique takes a settlement technique by rescheduling, which is an effort to save credit by extending the repayment period or changing the amount of installments in each period.
