The appearance of anemia during the maternity caused the death of mothers indirectly. Based on the data from BARI hospital Palembang in 2015, it was found for about 29 (13 %) of 2218 maternity mothers affected by anemia. The objectives of this study were to discover the influential factors on the appearance of anemia on maternity women in the BARI Hospital Palembang in 2015. The cross-sectional approach was applied in this study. The population of the study was all the maternity women who checked their pregnancy in the BARI hospital in 2015. There were 236 respondents taken by using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by using frequency analysis, chi-square analysis, and logistic regression analysis. The result of study showed that 31 (13.1%) respondents got anemia during their pregnancy, there was the correlation between the age (p-value=0.032) and parity of maternity women (p-value=0.005) on anemia, and there was no correlation between the education and occupation of maternity women who affected by anemia. The regression logistic test showed that age and parity influenced the affection of anemia on maternity women and the most influential factor was the parity with OR = 4.012. Suggested to health officer will improve the counseling for maternity women about the importance of family planning after childbirth and control the number of children, so anemia cases in pregnancy will be decreased.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengasapan ikan yang dilakukan oleh pengasap ikan di Desa Singa, Kecamatan Herlang, Kabupaten Bulukumba dan menganalisis kualitas Ikan Cakalang dan Tuna Sirip Kuning Asap di Desa Singa Kecamatan Herlang, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan April sampai Mei 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan evaluasi. Survei dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses pengasapan dan melihat seluruh kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pengolah ikan asap yang ada di Desa Singa Kecamatan Herlang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Evaluasi untuk mengetahui kualitas organoleptik bahan baku dari produk ikan asap. Data hasil uji organoleptik dianalisa menggunakan uji-t, anova, dan uji tukey dengan menetapkan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pengolahan ikan asap yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Desa Singa menggunakan metode pengasapan panas yang dilakukan secara terbuka dan lama pengasapan yang singkat. Kualitas organoleptik bahan baku ikan cakalang dan tuna sirip kuning setelah dibeli dari penangkap/pelelangan dan sebelum diproses memiliki nilai 8,18 artinya mutu (sangat segar) sesuai dengan SNI 2729:2006, sedangkan kualitas organoleptik bahan baku ikan cakalang dan tuna sirip kuning sesudah pengasapan memiliki nilai 7,2 artinya mutu (segar) sesuai dengan SNI 2725:2013.Ikan cakalang dan tuna sirip kuning asap hanya dapat bertahan 18 - 20 jam disimpan pada suhu kamar, setelah itu produk sudah tidak layak konsumsi. Background: Limited cost of health services, especially in laboratory tests for diagnoses, causes doctors to consider patient’s willingness to pay so the costs are spent more efficiently. Some factors which supposedly affect the willingness to pay are ability to pay and health insurance ownership. This study aims to know the relationship between ability to pay and health insurance ownership with the willingness to pay for laboratory services in outpatients at RSUP Persahabatan. Method: This research was an analytical observational research with cross-sectional design. Samples consisted of 70 outpatients at RSUP Persahabatan laboratory collected by consecutive sampling. The dependent variable is willingness to pay and the independent variable are the ability to pay and insurance ownership measured using a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by Chi-square. Results: Chi-square test results showed relationship between the ability to pay and the willingness to pay for laboratory health services (OR= 13.14; 95% CI= 2.76 to 62.49; p< 0.001). There was no relationship between health insurance ownership and the willingness to pay for laboratory health services (OR= 2.82; 95% CI= 0.85 to 9.33; p= 0.083). Conclusion: High ability to pay will lead to high willingness to pay, since their need for food has been met and they will shift to the need for health. The health insurance ownership does not affect the willingness of patients in paying laboratory service. Keywords: Ability to Pay, Health Insurance, Hospital, Laboratory Services, Willingness to Pay.
