Susu merupakan bahan minuman yang mempunyai kandungan gizitinggi tetapi rentan terhadap bakteri sehingga tidak tahan lama danmudah rusak (kadaluarsa). Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengolahansusu untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas dan ketahanan susu, yang disebutproses pasteurisasi atau mengurangi kadar air pada susu disebut dengansusu kental.Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penelitian proses penurunan kadar air susu(±27%) hingga menjadi susu kental dengan metode kendali logikafuzzy. Metode kendali logika fuzzy digunakan untuk mengontrolkestabilan temperatur yang digunakan untuk memanaskan susu padatemperatur konstan 80 ºC secara otomatis dengan masukan setpointtemperatur sesuai persyaratan pengolahan susu hingga dicapai kadar airsusu menjadi ≤ 40% (susu kental). Sumber pemanas menggunakanactuator kompor listrik yang dibantu dengan sistem evaporasi vacumdengan setpoint antara (800- - 900)C,Hasil pengujian produk prototype diperoleh nilai optimasi waktu terbaik= 6 jam, (%) kadar air = 27% dengan tekstur hasil bahan uji terbaikberwarna coklat kekuningaan.
Social isolation is interpersonal relation disorders that caused by personal inflexibility, until maladaptive behavior and disturb the function of individual in relation. It isthe third largest mental disorder diagnosis in the hospital. This condition describe that it requirestherapiesfor decreasing cases. One of them is Socialization Activity in Group Therapy that facilitates clients doing socialization in group. The influence of Socialization Activity in Group Therapy to socialization capability in clients with social isolation was measured in this study. The method of it used experimental study with pretest and post-test one group design. Samples selected using purposive sampling(32 samples). In pretest, socialization capabilities of clients were assessed using GAT observation sheet, after that the intervention of Socialization Activity in Group Therapy was given every week until seven week for seven steps. At post-test, Socialization Activity in Group Therapy was evaluated using same tool in pretest. The result showed that the mean of socialization capabilities at pre-test was 2.73 and 6.70 at post-test, there was a statistically high significant difference with paired t-test at p 0,001 or 00,05 score.
AbstrakBeton merupakan bahan konstruksi yang mempunyai peranan yang semakin luas seiring dengan laju pembangunan saat ini. Dalam pelaksanaan beton di lapangan kadang digunakan bahan tambah (admixture) untuk memperbaiki sifat atau kinerjia beton. Bahan tambah dapat berupa bahan kimia, serat dan bahan buangan non kimia yang dicampurkan dengan perbandingan tertentu. Usaha yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan durabilitas beton melalui penggunaan berbagai jenis bahan tambah seperti fume silica, slag, fly ash ataupun natural pozzolan (volcano ash). Bahan tambah yang digunakan yaitu Abu Vulkanik Gamalam (AVG). Penelitiana ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh AVG terhadap kuat lentur beton. Benda uji yang digunakan adala balok berukuran (15x15x60) cm, Mutu beton K-225 dengan variasi penambahan AVG 20% terhadap berat semen. Pengujian kuat lentur dilakukan pada umur beton 28 hari. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pada beton dengan bahan tambah AVG kuat lentur balok sebesar 38,509 kg/cm², sedangkan untuk beton tanpa campuran Abu Vulkanik Gamalama (AVG) sebesar 29,448 kg/cm² atau terjadi kenaikan kuat lentur sebesar 23,53% Kata kunci: abu vulkanik, AVG, kuat lentur, beton. AbstractConcrete is a construction material where its role is broader along with the current development. In field, concrete is sometimes used as an admixture to improve the nature or performance of the concrete. Admixture can be in form of chemical material, fiber and non-chemical waste material that mix with certain ratio. Efforts conducted to improve the performance and durability of concrete through the use of various types of admixture, such as fume silica, slag, fly ash or natural pozzolan (volcano ash). Admixture used was Gamalama Volcanic Ash (AVG). The research aimed to find out the influence of AVG on concrete flexural strength. Testing materials used were concretes with size of (15x15x60) cm, K-225 concrete quality with variation of AVG addition of 20% against the cement weight. Flexural strength test was conducted on 28 days concrete. The research result found that concrete with admixture of AVG the concrete flexural strength was 38.509 kg/cm², whereas for concrete without Gamalama Volcanc Ash (AVG) mixture was 29.448 kg/cm² or an increase in the flexural strength of 23.53%.Keywords: volcanic ash, AVG, flexural strength, concrete.
Background: Life is a process of continuous change from birth to death. One of the changes that are unavoidable and will face a woman is menopausal. Results of preliminary studies have been conducted in the village Kunduran showed that of 10 postmenopausal women (aged 45-55 years) is known that most do not know about menopause.Objectives: The general objective of the study was to determine the knowledge and attitude of mothers facing menopause. Interest in particular know the characteristics of respondents by education, employment, knowledge level and attitude of the mother in the face menopause.Methods: The study was a descriptive study using cross sectional method, the type of design that survey. Population is the mother menopause aged 40-45 years. Samples obtained through purposive sampling techniques, descriptive analysis with frequency destribusi.Results: The characteristics of respondents in terms of maternal education level premenopausal with basic education as much as 56 respondents (70%). While the work of the mother is a housewife 43 respondents (53.8%). The level of knowledge of mothers premenopausal good category 47 respondents (58.8%). In this research an alternative is designed to provide electrical power in the form of an inverter. The purpose of this research is to back up the power source if the PLN current goes out, so that it can provide a backup power for PLN which comes from a 24VDC power supply and can be applied to electronics workshops as backup electricity with a power of up to 905 Watts. Inverter is device that converts direct electric voltage (DC) into alternating voltage (AC). The inverter made is a single -phase inverter with specifications using an input voltage of 24VDC using the EGS002 driver as an SPWM signal generator, mosfet as a switching and a step -up transformer to increase the output voltage. This inverter can output a voltage of 220VAC with a pure sine wave.
