Bank SUMUT KCP Pasar Martubung in the provision of People's Business Credit (KUR) and the subject of this research is the People's Business Credit Account (KUR), which amounts to one person. The high interest of the community in obtaining KUR made it difficult for Bank SUMUT to determine who was entitled to receive KUR. In the process of determining the eligibility of previous KUR recipients, the method of comparison between monthly income and monthly needs is still using the manual method. This method is considered to be still simple, this is due to dependence on one indicator that causes bad credit. To overcome this problem, a decision support system is needed with the SMART Multi Attribute Ranking Technique which can assist in the provision of KUR to the community that meets the criteria in the provision of KUR
In the process of employee recruitment, generally begins with the application process in order to get applicant information so that the company can select employee candidates according to the needs of the company. This process has a long flow and involves prospective employees or applicants, the HRD (Human Resources Department) and the division of each part to carry out the process of information exchange or often called a PIC (Person in Charge). Some of the obstacles that are often experienced are applicant files that are often swapped, lost or scattered, providing timetable information and the results of test evaluations to expensive and uncertain applicants and coordination with slow parts of PIC makes it difficult for companies to get the best candidates and lose the opportunity to save money.Online employee admission applications are offered by researchers as a solution to solve the problem. Functionally the application created can store data and applicant files in the form of softcopy, provide notifications via e-mail, save test results, provide facilities for coordinating schedules and results of PIC evaluations and schedule response facilities. The non-functional system is able to maintain file security, has a graphical interface and is responsive and error handling. In this study used the development of a prototyping system while the Software development used was the Unified process, while the implementation device used the CodeIgniter framework, the programming language PHP and MySQL as the DBMS. Proses ini memiliki alur panjang serta melibatkan calon karyawan atau pelamar, bagian HRD (Human Resources Departement) dan divisi setiap bagian untuk melakukan proses pertukaran informasi atau sering disebut PIC (Person in Charge). Beberapa kendala yang sering dialami yaitu berkas pelamar yang sering tertukar, hilang ataupun tercecer, pemberian informasi jadwal dan hasil penilaian tes kepada pelamar yang mahal dan tidak pasti serta koordinasi dengan bagian PIC yang lambat menyulitkan perusahaan mendapatkan calon karyawan terbaik dan kehilangan kesempatan untuk melakukan penghematan anggaran.Aplikasi penerimaan karyawaan online ditawarkan peneliti sebagai solusi guna menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Secara fungsional aplikasi yang dibuat dapat menyimpan data dan berkas pelamar berbentuk softcopy, memberikan notifikasi melalui e-mail, menyimpan hasil tes, menyediakan fasilitas koordinasi jadwal dan hasil penilaian PIC dan fasilitas tanggapi jadwal. Adapun secara non-fungsional sistem mampu menjaga keamanan berkas, memiliki antarmuka berbasis grafis dan responsive serta error handling. Pada
Secara nasional, ketidakseimbangan nutrisi usia 5-12 tahun (menurut IMT/U) cukup tinggi. Prevalensi kegemukan mencapai 10,7% (laki-laki) & 7,7% (perempuan); 11,2% kurus, 3,9% berat badan lebih (Riset Kesehatan Dasar, 2013). SD Inpres Kera-Kera Makassar memiliki angka underweight (±60 orang) dan obesitas (±10 orang). Kemungkinan penyebab : pola makan kurang sehat akibat tingkat pengetahuan dan kecenderungan mengikuti trend makanan modern yang tinggi gula, garam, rendah serat dan berlemak tinggi (makanan cepat saji). Permainan Qogisaki (Quarted gizi seimbang masa kini) adalah modifikasi quarted yang edukatif, komunikatif dan interaktif berbasis nutrition education dilakukan pada anak kelas III, IV dan V (74 orang) di SD Inpres Kera-kera Makassar. Kegiatan berupa pretest, penyuluhan gizi seimbang, bermain quarted (FGD), posttest dan evaluasi isi quarted serta puzzle piring makanku. Perubahan ditunjukkan setelah 1 bulan dimana jumlah anak yang sering makan sayuran tiap hari meningkat dari 37 menjadi 52 anak, konsumsi air putih dari 34 menjadi 63 anak, konsumsi minuman manis menurun dari 39 menjadi 10 anak, menyukai makanan kurang sehat menjadi lebih menyukai makanan sehat meningkat (menyukai mie instan menurun dari 11 ke 6 anak, menyukai buah-buahan meningkat dari 29 menjadi 34 anak, tidak suka makan sayur menurun dari 2 menjadi 0 anak). Pengetahuan juga meningkat dari 69,1 menjadi 73,33 poin. Hasil evaluasi isi quarted : 52,4% menjawab semua (5) pertanyaan dengan benar dengan median skornya adalah 80. Selain itu, 73% responden mampu menyusun menu sehari (menerapkan pedoman gizi seimbang). Qogisaki meningkatkan pengetahuan & memperbaiki perilaku anak dalam pemenuhan nutrisi. Farming group is an idea that is based on efforts to maintain farming, so they can compete in the industrial era. The goal is to fulfil three main requirements in the business world, namely to meet the quality, quantity and continuity requirements in running the business. Corporate farming is the activity of merging farming land to be managed jointly by farmers and integrated into one management. This system can be used as a solution to overcome various problems faced by farmers nowadays. The Seppae farmer group was the only intermediate farmer group in Bialo Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This farmer group was used as the main approach in agricultural extension activities. The group approach was seen as efficient and can be a medium for the process of learning and interacting from farmers so that it was expected that changes in farmer’s behaviour towards better and quality. However, the farmer group was only a place for members to get government assistance distributed by the group leader. Farming activities currently carried out by the Seppae farmer group would be more efficient if managed collectively by implementing a corporate farming system. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of members of farmer groups to become members of collective farming groups in implementing a corporate farming system based on the farmer group readiness approach. The research method used was an exploratory study with a descriptive qualitative method by looking at the prospects of a group approach. The results showed that Seppae farmer groups was not ready to conduct collective farming groups, farm collectivity performance was still carried out individually and the requirements for forming corporate farming had not been met based on a group approach caused by farmers did not understand the corporate farming system.
