The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of knowledge, belief, and life style on the interest in ownership of Islamic credit cards. The data used in this study are primary data collected from 84 respondents of class employees and alumni of Islamic Economics. The sampling technique used in the study was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling type, then the data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that knowledge, belief and lifestyle partially have a positive and significant effect on the interest in ownership of Islamic credit cards.
This study aims to develop teacher’s guidebook oriented by Chemo Entrepreneurship on chemical bonding material also analyze its quality by teacher response. This research was a research and development with the 4-D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) and limited to the develop stage. The data were collected using validation sheets, quality assessment questionnaire sheets and teacher response questionnaire sheets. The results of research showed that the development of Chemo-Entrepreneurship-oriented teacher’s guidebook on chemical bonding material consists of introductions, learning competencies, learning scenarios, and learning assessments. The quality of the developed book obtained the score of 86,11% (Very Good Category) and well positive response on 92,5%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh iklim organisasi dan keadilan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat ukur skala masing-masing variabel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Seluruh pegawai PT. X yang berjumlah 307 orang dijadikan subjek penelitian dengan data yang terkumpul sebanyak 246. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yaitu sebesar 42.1%. Keadilan organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, yaitu sebesar 30.3%. Iklim organisasi dan keadilan organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan yaitu sebesar 42.9%. Hasil analisis kategorisasi berdasarkan rerata empirik menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pegawai PT. X memiliki tingkat organizational citizenship behavior yang tinggi, persepsi iklim organisasi yang positif, dan hampir keseluruhan memiliki persepsi keadilan organisasi yang tinggi.
The rapid development of science and technology has unveiled a new horizon for the food industry by transforming blood into useful food products. This practice seems in line with the sustainable development goal to be implemented by 2030 to improve the efficiency of resources, reduce wastage and to avoid draining natural resources which can lead to environmental degradation. The practice of transforming blood into various food products possesses the potential to minimize harmful environmental issues resulting from blood disposal into land and water. The aim of this review paper to explore the issues related to animal blood into food products because the use of animal blood derivatives are prohibited according to Islamic perspectives and some of religious practitioners. The researcher relied on library research to accomplish the writing process. Sources such as academic journals, governmental agency portals, research papers, thesis, journal articles and trusted websites were used as references. Therefore, this paper aspires to provide insights to researchers to carry out more research in different scopes of studies particularly on the utilization of blood-derived products which can be a sensitive subject among Muslims and other religious practitioners.
