Nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) 50-60% occur early in the first trimester of pregnancy, causing an increase in the hormones estrogen, progesterone, and the release of human chorionic gonadothropine. Excessive emesis gravidarum is at risk of hyperemisisgravidarum which threatens the lives of pregnant women. Objective: To determine the relationship of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women to emesis gravidarum in Sumobito Health Center, Jombang Regency. Quantitative research methods, Obeservational data collection techniques, cross sectional approach, Total population of 34 trimester 1 pregnant women, sample: total sampling, Spearman Rank Correlation statistical test. And somers statistical test. The results of the study: pregnant women who have good knowledge 15 (44.1%), sufficient knowledge 13 (38.2%), and less knowledge 6 (17.7%). While being positive 24 (71%) and being negative 10 (29%), the Spearman Rank test. Knowledge α = 0.005. Value of p = 0.216. Means there is no relationship and somers test attitude a = 0.05 value of P = 0.954. Means there is no relationship. There is no relationship of knowledge with the incidence of emesis gravidarum and there is no relationship between the attitude of pregnant women with the incidence of emesis gravidarum
Perkembangan motorik kasar bayi terjadi secara bertahap sesuai usia bayi, perkembangan motorik kasar dipengaruhi salah satunya stimulasi/rangsangan dari luar semakin baik stimulasi yang diterima bayi akan semakin baik kemampuan perkembangan motoric kasar bayi seperti kemampuan mengangkat kepala, duduk, dan berjalan. Keterlambatan perkembangan motoric kasar berdampak menyebabkan gangguan pada gerak, bahasa sosial-emosional dan koqnitif. untuk mencegah ketelambatan perkembangan motoric kasar dapat dilakukan beberapa stimulasi salah satunya dengan massage bayi. Tujuan dari penerapan massage bayi untuk memberdayakan ibu yang memiliki balita mampu melakukan massage bayi secara mandiri untuk mencegah keterlambatan perkembangan motoric kasar bayi.
Delay in the development of children under five occurs around 10% in children aged <5 years. The purpose of community service activities is to carry out checks on child development and assess child development using the Pre-Screening Questionnaire for Child Development. The method uses interviews and observations. The study population is all mothers who have children under five, the sample is all children aged <5 years who come to the posyandu. The results show that the age period of children 3 - 72 months, the majority of children aged 15 months are 11 children (14%), 6 months of age are 10 children (12.9%), 30 months of age are 9 children (11.6%), age 3 month totaling 8 children (10.3%). While children with appropriate development are 65 children (83%), development children are doubting 12 children (15.4%) and children with deviant development are 1 child (1.3%). Thus children who have doubts and deviant developments need to do counseling and stimulation interventions to improve children's optimal developmental abilities.
Perkembangan social dan kultural yang semakin berubah, temuan identifikasi factor yang konsisten yang mempengaruhi juga masih terbatas studinya. Demikian juga prediksi hubungan antar faktor juga belum pernah di teliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan faktor berat badan dan gaya hidup wanita produktif pada infertitilas sekunder. Penelitian ini mengunakan analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross Sectional. Populasi semua wanita usia subur berjumlah 420 orang, dengan obsevasional dan kuesioner wawancara langsung responden menggunakan Total Sampel. Uji statistic Regresi Logistic berganda. Diketahui bahwa tingkat pengaruh untuk setiap factor terhadap siklus menstruasi adalah obesitas dan berat badan kurang dengan nilai p= 0,000, merokok pasif nilai p= 0,004, kecemasan nilai p=0.007, sedangkan akvifitas fisik dengan nilai p= 0,183. Dari keempat faktor tersebut hanya aktifitas fisik yang tidak berpengaruh pada siklus menstruasi bagi infertilitas sekunder. Ada korelasi positif dan signifikan antara berat badan dan perokok pasif (p=0.000 dengan r=0.203), dan aktifitas fisik dan perokok pasif (p=0.000 dengan r=0.251). Penelitian ini menyatakan secara implisit bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi infertilitas primer berbeda dengan infertilitas sekunder seiring perbedaan dan perubahan social yang terjadi pada wanita.
Puskesmas is one of the public sector services that prioritizes of quality health services. Good service is the hope of every visiting patient so that later the patient has and interest to make a return visit if you want to do the examination. Customer satisfaction or disappointment of service will affect his behavior after that. Objective: Knowledge the relationship between patient satisfaction with the interest to re-utilize healthservices at Pamekasan Pegantenan Puskesmas. The method of this research use Analytic, research with cross sectional approach. The, population of the study was 136 people using accidental sampling obtained by the number of samples 101 people. The results of this research is from 101 respondent as many as 57 respondent (56,4%) said they were satisfaied with Puskesmas service and 85 respondent (84,2%) were interested to take advantage of health services at Pukesmas. The result of lambda test, it is found that p=0.0031 and α=0,05. So p<α, it means there is relationship.
