Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen kurikulum di SD 16 Bilah Barat. Fokus penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum di sekolah dasar tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Pemerolehan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai upaya analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kurikulum yang diterapkan di SD 16 Bilat Barat ialah kurikulum 2013 (mulai dari kelas I sampai dengan kelas VI). selanjutnya dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum di SD 16 Bilah Barat lebih memprioritaskan aspek praktik daripada sekadar teori, serta siswa dituntut aktif selama proses pembelajaran.

Communication of school principals with subordinates is one of the determining factors for the success or failure of school governance. This study aims to analyze the communication patterns of the principal with teachers and education staff at SDN 16 Bilah Barat. This type of research includes qualitative with descriptive analytical study method. Collecting research data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Next, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of the research using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that the communication built by the school principal was considered effective. This can be seen from the application of 2 communication patterns, namely First the school principal uses a chain pattern in announcements received from the head of the school's superiors who will share the information with teachers and education staff. The principal also uses a chain pattern in giving warnings to his members. Second, the communication patterns of all channels are also used by school principals, educators and education staff in their daily lives at school. Everyone can communicate with each other without going through any intermediaries. Thus, effective communication patterns are carried out in elementary schools.

This study aims to analyze the planning of Islamic basic education in the thematic studies of the Qur'an and hadith, this study is focused on the SD/MI level unit. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The data of this research include studies of thematic interpretations, books and relevant scientific articles related to educational planning in QS. Al-Anfal verse 60 and QS. Al-Hasyr verse 18. The data sources were obtained from credible reference sources from the Google Scholar and Sinta pages. The results of this study conclude that the meaning of planning is interpreted as very important in QS. Al-Anfal: 60 and QS. Al-Hasyr: 18 as the first step in the whole process of life. Furthermore, planning also becomes an accurate “guiding compass” between the initial steps (main capital) and educational goals. Through this research, it is hoped that it will become a reference for relevant research related to rational and systematic analysis of the development of education based on the Qur'an.

Private Al-Amin Batu Tunggal If seen from the naked eye this Madrasa has not managed the quality management contained in it, caused by a lack of care and the lack of good learning facilities so that school management has not run as expected. In addition, the available land is limited so that the facilities and facilities are also limited. Quality management research in improving accreditation in MTs. Private Al-Amin Batu Tunggal is going well. After doing quality management research in MTs. Private Al-Amin Batu Tunggal is quite good, it can be seen from the work program of the madrasah principal and the collaboration and student achievements, but the madrasah accreditation is still C. The madrasah principal also forms a team that works together and has qualifications in their respective fields so that they are able to complete the National Standard Education well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru MIS Dinul Islam Langkat. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, di mana teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan sebagai berikut: 1) Bagaimana startegi kepala madrasah MIS Dinul Islam langkat dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui pelatihan serta KKG. 2) faktor pengahambat dalam melaksanakan strategi meningkatkan kinerja guru 3) Kepala sekolah dalam strategi peningkatan kinerja guru dalam mengatasi hambatannya dengan memotivasi guru untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan menciptakan hubungan dan situasi yang harmonis serta bekerjasama dengan guru dengan disiplin yang baik. Penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi kepada kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.
