English is an international language currently used in various ways, including communication. Therefore, English needs to be developed from an early age to improve the ability to interact orally by giving and asking for information according to the basic competence of the subject. This study aims to determine how the Reading Aloud strategy is implemented and what aspects increase when the strategy is applied as a learning method to improve the ability to interact orally in class VIII MTs Darul Falah. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The participants used were 33 class VIII students of MTs Darul Falah. Sources of data and information for this research are English teachers and students. Data collection instruments were in the form of observation checklists, field notes, and interviews. Data analysis consists of data reduction, conclusion drawing, and verification. Based on the results of research and discussion, the Reading Aloud method can improve students' ability to interact orally to give and ask for information. The aspects that improved when the Reading Aloud method was implemented in class VIII students of MTs Darul Falah were 1) knowledge aspects consisting of vocabulary, fluency, accuracy and intonation; 2) attitude aspect consisting of respect, caring and self-confidence; 3) behavioral aspects consisting of working together and communicating.

Berdasarkan Survey Penduduk Antar Sensus (SUPAS) 2015 menunjukan AKB sebesar 22,23 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup. Sedangkan AKABA sekitar 26,29 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup.Diperkirakan1,7 juta kematian atau 5% terjadi pada balita di Indonesia adalah akibat PD3I. Kasus PD3I yang sangat menjadi  perhatian  yang  besar  akhir-akhir  ini  adalah  dilaporkan  beberapa  daerah  di  Indonesia dinyatakan telah terjadi Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) difteri. Angka kematian akibat difteri di Indonesia sekitar 15% dan terus mengalami peningkatan   (Vivi Triania, 2015). Suatu sikap belum otomatis terwujud dalam suatu tindakan (overt behavior). Untuk mewujudkan sikap  menjadi suatu perbuatan nyata diperlukan faktor pendukung atau suatu kondisi yang memungkinkan, antara lain adalah fasilitas.Komponen sikap terdiri dari tiga, yaitu kognitif, afektif dan konatif, dimana ketiga kompenen ini bersama-sama membentuk sikap yang utuh (total attitude). Dalam penentuan sikap yang utuh ini, pengetahuan, berpikir, keyakinan dan emosi memegang peranan penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap ibu yang mempunyai bayi dengan pelaksanaan imunisasi DPT di puskesmas Kawali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kawali mengenai adanya hubungan antara sikap ibu yang mempunyai bayi dengan pelaksanaan imunisasi DPT didapat kesimpulan hasil uji Chi Squares, didapatkan nilai  ? = 0,00 atau ? <  ? = 0,05 berarti ada hubungan antara sikap ibu dengan pelaksanaan imunisasi DPT tahun 2018. Disarankan hasil penelitian bisa dijadikan bahan referensi dalam penelitian selanjutnya.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dalam pembelajaran fisika adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Diduga penyebab utama adalah model pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar fisika siswa melalui model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas  melalui model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Subjek penelitian ini adalah  siswa kelas XII MIA 5 Jumlah siswa yang diteliti 36 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan peningkatan rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II untuk setiap indikator penelitan. Hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu rata-rata nilai ulangan siklus I = 68,6 (cukup) menjadi 77,1 (baik) pada siklus II. Sedangkan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I = 61,1% (cukup) meningkat pada siklus II  = 77,8% (baik). Berdasarkan penelitian ini, model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas XII MIA 5 di SMA Negeri 10 Palembang.

Learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments is an activity of learning the art of calligraphy in developing the potential of students to foster creativity, instill value, and develop productive abilities by using harmless materials, namely using colored plants. The purpose of this research was to determine the process and to obtain calligraphy work in learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments. The type of method used in this research is field qualitative research. The data sources in this study were divided into two: first, primary data sources consisting of the principal, educators, and students of SDN 8 Kawunglarang Rancah; second, secondary data sources obtained through tracing of various references. Furthermore, the data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as the data analysis techniques used, namely through three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The work of SDN 8 Kawunglarang students is still in the basic stages so there are several mistakes in its making.

The purpose of this study is to identify and identify the weaknesses of the companys accounting information system, as well as to design the application of financial statements according to the needs and to know the implications. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study and development approach. Microsoft Access 2016 as a design tool as well as document flowcharts and DFD as tools for the flow of the system. Recording and reporting in the company already uses Microsoft Excel, the results of the design of financial report applications in the form of a list of journal transactions, a list of general ledger transactions, trial balances, income statements, reports of changes in equity, statements of financial position, cash flow statements, cash income and expenditure reports, and a list of charts of accounts. This application is also considered more effective and efficient in overcoming problems related to the previous system
