ABSTRACT Suicide is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Suicide is an intentional act to end life. Pharmacological, psychological, health education, family support and the media are proposed as effective measures to treat depression and suicide. However, these guidelines do not have sufficient evidence to prevent suicide so this is a challenge for the world of health, especially nursing. The aim of this review is to report the results of studies that focus on interventions undertaken for suicide prevention. The search method for relevant articles uses the database PubMed, Science Direct and Google Scholar using the keywords suicide prevention, suicide intervention, and suicide therapy. Nine articles were included in the literature review, covering various types of suicide intervention, frequency of intervention, and effects of intervention. This literature review identifies eight types of interventions that can be done to prevent suicide, namely ACT, CBT, SAFETY, SOS, ASSIP. The conclusion is that ACT, CBT, SAFETY, SOS, ASSIP interventions can be done to prevent suicide, by increasing knowledge, education, skills regarding suicide and awareness related to suicide and family participation are the main points of interventions that must be carried out to prevent suicide . Patient safety is a system that aims to provide care for patients safely as an effort to prevent unwanted events. Written reports of patient safety incidents that occur in Indonesia are categorized by the number of cases based on the result of the incident, KNC 38%, KTC 31% and KTD 31%. The purpose of the study was the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of nurses with the application of patient safety during the COVID-19 pandemic in the emergency room of RSUD X. This type of research used an analytical observational study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all 39 nurses in the emergency room and a total sample of 39 nurses using a total sampling technique. Data analysis using Chi square test. The results of the analysis obtained knowledge (p = 0.007) and attitudes (p = 0.022) related to the application of patient safety during the Covid-19 pandemic in the ER Room of RSUD X. From the explanation above, it is expected that all nurses should implement patient safety when examining patients.
Kesehatan jiwa merupakan perilaku seseorang yang dapat menjadi indikator terhadap atau tentang keadaan kesehatan jiwanya. Kesehatan jiwa merupakan masalah kesehatan utama di Indonesia. Prevalensi gangguan jiwa di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara sejak tahun 2016 sebanyak 4.179 orang hingga tahun 2019 tercatat sebanyak 7.089 orang yang mengalami gangguan jiwa. Kota Kotamobagu merupakan wilayah dari provinsi sulawesi utara yang memiliki kontribusi dengan laju prevalensi sebesar 75% sejak 2018 hingga 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan observational dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di seluruh Puskesmas Kota Kotamobagu. Dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2021, di seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Kotamobagu (5 Puskesmas). Populasi penelitian terdiri dari dua karakter, petugas kesehatan sebanyak 15 orang dan masyarakat gangguan jiwa sebanyak 109 orang, sampel penelitian berjumlah 15 orang dari petugas kesehatan jiwa, dan 45 orang pihak masyarakat gangguan jiwa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan atau kesenjangan yang kurang baik antara pelayanan kesehatan jiwa yang diharapkan pihak masyarakat penderita gangguan jiwa dengan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa yang di berikan oleh petugas kesehatan Puskesmas di Kota Kotamobagu, dengan nilai kesenjangan sebesar (0,34) dan signifikan p-value = 0,038. Kesenjangan yang signifikan dalam pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Kotamobagu dikarena oleh dimensi pelayanan kesehatan Tangible, Reliability, Empathy, belum terlaksana dengan maksimal sesuai harapan pihak masyarakat yang mengalami gangguan jiwa Dimensi Assurance menjadi aspek yang telah memenuhi harapan pihak masyarakat yang mengalami gangguan jiwa di seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Kotamobagu bahkan melebihi apa yang di harapan oleh masyarakat.
According to WHO, the highest status of elderly is in mainland ASIA, the number predicted to be the highest in the world, which is 400 million people or ½ of the world's elderly. Indonesia is one of the ASIA regions where the number of elderly people has increased by 0.89%. A large number of elderly people in Indonesia is one of the impacts of increasing the life expectancy of the Indonesian people. This research is a quantitative type with a descriptive approach using cross-sectional methods. Held in June-July 2020 at the Werdhi Agung Puskesmas, with a population of 158 elderly people, and a sample of 32 with purposive sampling method. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of the elderly with personal hygiene. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge of the elderly and the personal hygiene behavior performed by the elderly. The low knowledge of the elderly about personal hygiene behavior in the working area of ??Werdhi Agung Community Health Center is the main cause of the elderly who do not have sufficient health and welfare status. Knowledge is one of the main factors of several factors that can change and motivate health behavior, while knowledge is influenced by age and education.
