[THE USE OF VERMICOMPOST FOR BIOMASS PRODUCTION OF LEGUME COVER CROP AND INOCULUM OF ARBUSCULAR MYCORRHIZAL FUNGUS]. Vermicompost is an organic fertilizer produced through the digestive system and microorganism inside the earthworm gut. Vermicompost is recognized to have positive effects on the plant growth and development of mycorrhizal symbiosis.The study was aimed to determine the optimum size (diameter and weight) of vermicompost for producing biomass of legume cover crop (LCC) and inoculum of arbuscular mycorrhiza fungus (AMF) of G. etunicatum. A glasshouse experiment was arranged in a randomized block design, involving different diameter size and weight of vermicompost as the treatments. Results showed that vermicompost is a potential substitute to inorganic fertilizer for production of LCC biomass and AMF inoculum.Vermicompost applied with diameter < 250 µm weighing 150-172 mg produced the highest root dry weight of LCC, root colonization, and number of spores of G. etunicatum. A linear relation was found between root colonization and number of spores of G. etunicatum.
Inoculant production of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) has a vital role in sustaining of higher forage legume production. Currently, it is important to fi nd the alternative materials that can be used as sources of phosphorus due to the need of lower cost, environmentaly friendly, and easily available. Bone meal and rock phosphate are some of the bio-inorganic sources that can be used as a phosphorus source for producing biomass of forage legume and AMF's inoculant production. A glasshouse experiment was conducted to determine the eff ectiveness of diff erent type of bioinorganic materials as a fertilizer to increase forage legume biomass and for specifi c AMF's inoculant production. The experiment was arranged in a factorial randomized block design with two factors, i.e. type of AMF's species (Glomus etunicatum NPI-126 and Acaulospora tuberculata INDO-2) and type of bio-inorganic materials (artifi cal fertilizer solution as a control, SP36, rock phosphate, and bone meal). Results showed that G. etunicatum gave be er result in terms of host gowth, root colonization and spore production compare to A. tuberculata. Bone meal was be er a phosphorus source for AMF's inoculant production instead of artifi cal fertilizer or other bio-anorganic sources. In conclusion, milled bone meal has a good phosphorus source for AMF's (G. etunicatum) inoculant production
<p>A preliminary survey that was conducted shows that in 2013, the turnover rate of employees of PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi reach the number of 9,3%. Turnover intention may lead to a worsening of the employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the factors affecting turnover intention so that management will be able to push it down.</p><p>To answer the problem, a model is developed for this empirical research with four observed variables, i.e.: job security, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and employee performance. There are five hypotheses proposed in this research. Primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi. There are 128 data to be studied with Structural Equation Modeling Analysis Method.</p><p>The result of the hypotheses test according to the Critical Ratio and the probability value shows that job insecurity has negative significant effects on turnover intention, organizational commitment has negative significant effects on turnover intention, turnover intention has negative significant effects on employee’s performance, job insecurity has positive not significant effects on employee’s performance, and organizational commitment has positive not significant effects on employee’s performance.</p>

Word of mouth has great power that has an impact on cutomers purchasing behavior. customers will assess high quality if the perceived value meets their expectations besides that as the quality of service increases there will be a willingness to recommend to others, the company must maitain and maintain its customers by paying attention to two factors such as core service quality and pheriferal service quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of core service quality and pheriferal service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on word of mouth.The population of this study is all cutomers at Bus Trans Semarang within the last six months with unknow amount. Samples taken were 99 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, coefficient of determination and path analysis.The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between core service quality on customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between pheriperal service quality on customer satisfaction.
