Objective This study aims to combine natural propolis with bovine bone graft (BBG) as a means of extraction socket preservation after 3 and 7 days toward expression of heat shock protein (HSP) 70 and osteocalcin to regenerate bone. Materials and MethodsThe Cavia cobaya were divided into eight groups, each consisting of seven samples. Their lower left incisors were extracted and induced with PEG, propolis extract, BBG, and a combination of propolis extract BBG. The research subjects were terminated on days 3 and 7 postextraction. Immunohistochemical and histopathological examinations were subsequently performed to observe HSP 70 expression, osteocalcin expression, osteoblasts, and osteoclasts. Statistical Analysis Data obtained were then analyzed with one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's honestly significant difference (HSD) tests. Results Both the groups with the combination of propolis extract and BBG on days 3 and 7 were found to present the highest number of HSP70 expression, osteocalcin expression, and osteoblast cells as well as the lowest number of osteoclasts. This study was devoted to investigating the preservation of gambang Semarang music through the enculturation process comprehensively. Two basic strategies were employed in examining research problems: using theoretical approaches in traditional music, preservation, and enculturation and a qualitative approach. Further, the target and site comprised gambang Semarang music preservation through the enculturation process among Semarang people. The data were collected from observation, interviews, documentation, and library research. Data validity applied source, time, theory, and researcher triangulation. The collected data and information were then analyzed inductively by relying on an interactive analysis model with the following steps: data reduction, display, and verification. It was suggested that the enculturation process of gambang Semarang music within three generations in the nang nok gambang Semarang group served as the activity of cultural awareness of society, artists, and performers. It was to carry out the enculturation process towards young generations, even children, as the future generations. The approaches to the teaching and learning process were modeling, conditioning, and internalization. Such an enculturation process was proven to function effectively as the cultural mechanism and enculturation model in preserving gambang Semarang music as the cultural identity of Semarangan.

Tujuan penelitian yaitu menguji kevalidan, menganalisis kepraktisan, dan keefektifan dari Lembar Kerja Praktik Analitik (LKPA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tahapan studi pendahuluan dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan desin produk, pengembangan rancangan produk awal, uji coba produk awal, revisi produk, dan uji coba produk skala terbatas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan dipadu dengan uji beda rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk LKPA melalui expertjudgment dinyatakan sangat valid dari segi teknologi pendidikan dan materi kelistrikan otomotif. Kepraktisan LKPA dinyatakan praktis digunakan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran praktikum. Skor tes kemampuan analitik sistem dan starter kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelompok kontrol dan skor tes kedua kelompok berbeda secara signifikan. Analisis keefektifan tersebut menyatakan bahwa LKPA efektif menguatkan kemampuan praktik dan analitik praktikan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPA valid sebagai perangkat pembelajaran praktikum dan praktis digunakan untuk kegiatan praktikum, serta efektif meningkatkan kemampuan analitik, dan menguatkan kompetensi mahasiswa calon guru otomotif.The purpose this study is testing the validity, analyzing the practicality and effectiveness of analytic practice worksheets (LKPA). This study uses (R&D) method up to limited scale testing products. The data analysis uses descriptive analysis and combined with t-test. The results, products that are finalized with expert judgment are very valid in terms of educational technology and automotive electrical learning material. The practical, stated it practical to be used in practical learning activities. Analytical ability test scores of ignition system and starter system in experimental group test are higher than control group and the two groups are different significantly. The effectiveness analysis, states that LKPA is effective to strengthen the practice ability and analytic ability. The concluded that LKPA is valid as the tools of practical learning and practical to be used for practicum, and also effective in improving analytic capabilities, so there is a strengthening of the competence as the teacher candidates.

Dalam perawatan mesin-mesin industri diperlukan pengetahuan yang memadai dan terperinci dalam pengetahuan tata cara pelurusan poros untuk mengatasi kerusakan pada mesin yang mengakibatkan pendeknya usia mesin tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis pengambilan data untuk batas toleransi alignment antara poros motor listrik dan poros pompa.Tujuan dilakukan analisis ini untuk mengetahui toleransi alignment yang diijinkan antara poros motor listrik dan poros pompa, dengan kecepatan putaran motor listrik yaitu 2000 - 3000 (rpm). Serta untuk mengetahui besarnya penyimpangan ketidaklurusan offset dan angular yang terjadi antara poros motor listrik dan poros pompa yaitu pada pompa 1 diketahui bahwa nilai hasil perhitungan offset dan angular pada bidang vertikal yaitu 0,36 mm dan 0,97 mm/100. Sedangkan pada bidang horizontal nilainya yaitu 0,36 mm dan 0,017 mm/100. Kemudian pada pompa dua (2) diketahui bahwa nilai hasil perhitungan offset dan angular pada bidang vertikal yaitu 0,065 mm dan 0,609 mm/100. Sedangkan pada bidang horizontal nilainya yaitu 0,065 mm dan 0,01 mm/100. Maka perlu untuk dilakukan perbaikan reposisi terhadap kaki motor untuk mengurangi penyimpangan offset dan angular yang terjadi antara poros motor listrik dan poros pompa. Kata Kunci : perawatan, poros motor listrik, poros pompa, kesatusumbuan, reposisi

The Covid-19 (C-19) pandemic has had a significant impact on the mental health of individuals around the world. Society needs an end to the C-19 pandemic through the state of its herd immunity (HI). Significant roles counsellors in developing herd immunity and then mental health with a blended counselling strategy. This paper aims to design a counselling mix to create mental health and an understanding of herd immunity in the community. The results of the community data are fear, anxiety, anger, insomnia, and prolonged stress as a form of mental health of the community because it is socially and economically constrained. The length of time for the formation of herd immunity to prevent the C-19 pandemic is because people are worried and doubtful about vaccinations so that vaccines appear or do not trust. Significant roles counsellors in the formation of mental health through integrated counselling The implementation of face-to-face and online counselling allows the community to be more flexible and intensive according to conditions in the construction of mental health C-19 pandemic condition and post-C-19 preparations. Blended counselling as an intervention for the community in understanding herd immunity as a form supported the end of the C-19 pandemic. Integrated counselling requires the joint efforts of various relevant organizations for the science and practice of psychotherapy, psychiatry, and counsellor.
