Gynecologic examination and suspicion for pelvic malignancies are essential in the evaluation of patients presenting with hydronephrosis. Although squamous cell carcinoma is the most common type of malignancy associated with this presentation, malignancies of other cell lines, including lymphoma, should be considered.
