In hierdie artikel word die moontlikheid van ’n denkverskuiwing bespreek en gemeet aan die hand van navorsing wat gedoen is onder die afgevaardigdes van die 2012-GKSA-Sinode. Die agtergrond rondom denkverandering word bespreek, waarna die bevindings van die empiriese studie oor die stand van denke aan die hand van drie aktuele stellings aangetoon word. Die stellings spruit voort uit die verskynsel van dalende lidmaatgetalle binne gemeentes. Navorsing wat tydens die Sinode aan die hand van ’n vraelys plaasgevind het, het gefokus op die mate van bewussyn by die afgevaardigdes in verband met die krisissituasie wat gereformeerde gemeentes ervaar ten opsigte van dalende lidmaatgetalle. Daarna is die moontlikheid van verskuiwende denke terug na die eise van die Groot Opdrag ondersoek. Indien verskuiwende denke wel voorkom, is ten slotte nagegaan of die totale Suid-Afrikaanse bevolking, ongeag taal of kultuur, as teikengroep gereken kan word. Die kwantitatiewe en kwalitatiewe benadering verskaf insiggewende statistiek, asook insae in verband met die denkverskuiwing en die sleutelposisie van die Groot Opdrag in die verskynsel van dalende lidmaatgetalle in gemeentes.This article discusses the possibility of shifting thought and measuring it on the basis of research conducted among the 2012 RCSA Synod delegates. Background regarding the change in thought is discussed and followed up by the findings of an emperical study about the state of thinking, using three relevant statements. These statements stem from the phenomenon of declining numbers in congregations. The research is conducted at the Synod by means of a questionnaire, focused on the degree of awareness among the delegates regarding the declining numbers of members as a crisis situation in the reformed churches. Thereafter the possibility of a turnaround in thinking towards the demands of the Great Commission was addressed. The last statement focused on whether the entire South African population, regardless of language and culture, would be regarded as the target group in case a changing in thought exists. The qualitative and quantitative approach provide informative statistics, as well as insight regarding the shifting in thought and the key position the Great Commission takes in the phenomenon of declining numbers of members in congregations.
Die GKSA het in 2012 besluit om heelhartig en volkome na God se bevele terug te keer. Herbesinning oor wat God in sy Woord beveel, is deel van die denkveranderingsproses wat in die GKSA plaasvind. Daar is baie oorsake vir die komplekse tendens van krimpende gereformeerde lidmaatgetalle waaraan die mens nie werklik iets kan doen nie. Die enigste optrede van gelowiges onder die leiding van die Heilige Gees wat moontlik ’n verskil kan maak, is om deur diepgaande bekering hulle eie denke volledig en gehoorsaam volgens die Skrif aan te pas. Omdat ingrypende veranderinge met verloop van tyd plaasvind, is dit nodig om die proses diachronies en aan die hand van verskillende metodologieë te volg. Hierdie artikel poog om ’n bydrae tot die proses te lewer.Emerging thinking in the RCSA churchgrowth ministry. In 2012 the RCSA decided towards a wholehearted and total turnaround regarding God’s commands. Reassessing of what God commands in his Word is part of the process of thought change taking place in the RCSA. There are many causes for the complex trend of declining numbers in reformed churches towards which man cannot do anything. The only action believers can undertake under the guidance of the Holy Spirit is to obediently adapt their own thinking completely according to the Word by profound repentance. Because of far-reaching change occurring over time, it is necessary to follow the process diachronically as well as by means of different methodologies. Kentang merupakan komoditas terpenting di dunia setelah beras, jagung dan gandum. Menurut data statistik tanaman sayuran BPS, produksi kentang Indonesia antara 2016 sampai 2020 adalah [2016] 1.213.041-ton, [2017] 1.164.738-ton, [2018] 1.284.762-ton, [2019] 1.314.657-ton, hingga 1.282.762-ton [2020]. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan pemahaman, meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi dan produksi petani kentang. Objek sasaran pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah petani kentang yang belum menerapkan teknik pemasangan mulsa plastik hitam perak. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan adalah pemberian materi dan praktik latihan langsung tentang teknik pemasangan mulsa plastik hitam perak, lubang tanam pada lahan, agar mengurangi biaya dan peningkatan produksi kentang yang optimal. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah pemahaman yang baik dalam penerapan teknik penggunaan mulsa plastik hitam perak. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan praktik pemasangan mulsa plastik hitam perak diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman, efisiensi biaya dan produksi petani kentang

In this study, several concentrations of benzyl amino purine (BAP) and coconut water (CW) were investigated along with the interaction between two factors to the growth of in vitro propagated fig shoots. The investigated factors consisted of BAP concentration: 0, 1, 3, 5 mg L−1 and coconut water concentration: 0, 100, 200, 300 ml L−1. A total of 16 treatment combinations with 6 replications resulting in 96 experimental units consisting of a single fig shoot explant per culture medium. The observed parameters including living explant rate, contamination rate, browning rate, day of first shoot emergence, shoot formation rate, explant height addition, number of leaves, callus formation rate, and number of roots were conducted every week from 1 to 8 weeks after proliferation (WAP). The result indicated that in 8 WAP, the living explant rate reached 23.95%. The combination of concentration 200 ml L−1 CW and 3 mg L−1 BAP + 200 ml L−1 CW-induced early emergence of new shoots at 7 days after proliferation (DAP). The highest shoot formation rate (100%) was observed at a concentration of 300 mL L−1CW. The highest explant height addition (7.10 cm) was observed at a concentration of 200 mL L−1 CW. The highest number of leaves (5.80) was observed at a concentration of 1 mg L−1 BAP + 200 mL L−1 CW. The highest callus formation rate (50%) was observed at a concentration of 100 ml L−1CW and 300 ml L−1 CW. The highest number of roots (17) was observed in the control.
